Fast and easy application and payment process
The application and payment process was very straight forward and easy! I have no experience of the claiming process yet since my travel has yet started but hopefully it will be the same (hence the 4 stars since it's an incomplete experience I'm rating).

Tutto bene quel che finisce bene
Mi sono trovata veramente nei pasticci,ricoverata x tre giorni x una forte gastroenterite sull'isola di koh rong la clinica voleva essere saldata in cash non potendo prelevare perché sull isola non ci sono atm . Ho chiamato il numero di emergenza via internet e prontamente hanno saldato il conto . Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Roberto che si è speso in ogni modo x aiutarmi . Che dire la consiglio sicuramente

Són rápidos y eficientes
Contraté seguro familiar para un viaje en México y tuvimos que recurrir a él tanto por las maletas que nos llegaron con retraso como para ir de urgencias al médico. En ambos casos respondieron rápido y bien.

Impeccabili
Ho avuto la necessità di un ricovero mentre ero in vacanza in Thailandia una domenica pomeriggio, contattato il numero di emergenza che ha risposto immediatamente e mi ha indirizzato e seguito per le cure per le quali non ho neanche dovuto anticipare nulla.
