HORRIBLE contrate por primera vez con HeyMondo con garantía de cancelación de viaje y al final no me cubrió los gastos de cancelación. Ademas según sus indicaciones, me hicieron presentar un documento no show de la compañia de avión teniendo que renunciar a un reembolso de Volotea. Al final perdí más dinero con ellos de lo que hubiera recuperado sin el seguro. Cada uno te va diciendo otra cosa, entre Mondo e Imaiberica y al final no te van a beneficiar a tí . Unos estafadores

This is my second time with Heymondo. I find them really competitively priced and their cover is great. I haven't had to claim yet but I have spoken to them about a couple of things I was worried about they were good to deal with.

Great experience! My suitcase was demaged during the transport and they covered all of the expances that occured. It took some time to process, but, I didn’t mind since the customer service was responsive and understanding. The only insurance conpany I would use from now on.

Sending another review until you finally reply to the refund you promised. Completely ghosted. I travel a lot and this is the worst experience with an insurance. A total scam, do NOT CHOOSE THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER.
