Don’t use this cleaning company!
Two and a half hours to deep clean the downstairs of my father’s house seemed too good to be true and it was. Absolutely terrible standard of clean, £367 poorer, no chance of a refund. I had a tight window of opportunity, they offered to return. No thanks I did it myself. They offered a re clean but my very elderly father was due to return to the property so this wasn’t possible. I wanted it done professionally and properly first time! £15 refund was offered!

I wish I could give them a negative ratings, they made my house and carpet looking more dirty as they were filthy cleaners themselves, moving around in and outside the fully carpeted property with their dirty shoes which we ourselves never did in the 2 years, which lead to stains and marks on carpets. Kitchen and bathroom both had grubs. our inventory report said "Domestically cleaned, dusty grubby and requires further cleaning throughout." which obviously was not the case coz we pais for professional cleaning from such pathetic service provider

Residential Flat Option
Thorough attention to detail. Especially pleased with carpet and sofa clean. Flexibility to access 2nd floor residential flats makes them a great option. My 82 year old mum was delighted about the deep clean. Thank you..will be making this a regular booking.

For the price, rubbish
For the price, the 'end-of-tenancy clean' service is pretty dire. Firstly they arrived 30 minutes late so the parking space I'd saved for them had to be let go, then they had to cheek to try charge me for their parking ticket. Most of the apartment was cleaned well except they didn't properly clean the bedroom carpet or the sofa, so was charged for a separate re-clean. The bathroom was mostly okay but grout work was poor and this was flagged on my end-of-tenancy report. £280 for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and to leave it at that standard is poor. Could've done it myself and saved myself a lot of cash.
