The process of booking was straight forward and the team were quick to respond when needed. Adam and Dinu were the cleaners assigned to us on the day and i have to say they were outstanding! I can't praise them enough. They put in so much hard work and stayed as long as was needed. We're beyond happy with the results. Thanks fellas!

Gone for a three given the cleaner had was a five but dealing with the company is a straight up 1... The cleaner was outstanding but had been given poor information by the team directing him, he did his best, couldnt do some of the jobs but this was not his fault, what he did was outstanding Dealing with the company and office is a nightmare as many of the reviews below have said, no one seems to know what is going on, promises of calls back never happen My advice would be to go with someone local to you, trying to coordinate with an office in London just doesn't work, what should have been a one day job with minimal fuss turned into a two week saga. Again this seems a recurrent theme with the reviews below, I should have read these first!

Deep Clean 4 bed house
I ordered a deep clean for our 4 bedroom home. We are currently living in the home and it is fully furnished. At the correct time the cleaning crew arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to see 4 cleaners in the crew. They all worked continuously from 09:15 to 12:45. Overall they have done a really good job. There are the odd missed detail here and there but not enough to be disappointed about. They did everything that was on the invoice.

I booked an end of tenancy clean for my flat and got an appointment within 24hrs! The team was punctual and well presented. They came prepared for the work and were quick to start.They worked hard through the day and their work was impeccable. Prior to this their communication were professional, timely and accurate.
