Very comprehensive clean
For a very reasonable price, the cleaners spent a long time ensuring that my 2-bed flat was thoroughly cleaned, especially the balcony which needed a lot of scrubbing. They were polite, professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. The flat now feels completely brand new! Customer service was also excellent. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Not worth of it
It's pretty okay for standard cleaning, but don't expect anything more if you order a deep cleaning from them. For them, deep cleaning means two people spending 3.5 hours doing the regular tasks. It costs close to £500, but it's not worth it. When politely asking about this, they simply refer to their terms and conditions.

Do NOT use this firm, ever.
Do NOT use this firm. Booked them for an end of tenancy cleaning as I cannot use one of my arms. I had to pay in full in advance. The day before the cleaning a subcontractor rang to try and change the time, which I could not do. Speaking with Hello Services we then agreed a different time which required alot of rearranging on my part. They then cancelled that too! VERY let down.

The Worst Awful Bullies and Cleaning Conpany
I am going to inform you about the issues with this company, including the fact they made me cry and bullied me into making payment to a directors personal account rather than the bank account for the company. When I refused, the director of the company started shouting at me, stopped work and said he will stay in my house (single women residence) for a number of days if payment not made to him directly. They refused to clean the general appliances in the kitchen like microwave and kettle despite paying them many hundred pounds, they did not clean the coffee table properly for which they got payment. I asked them to clean the cabinets of my kitchen properly, they didn't do it. They charged me for cleaning 8 windows externally, they missed out three windows. They did not wipe the furniture despite that being added to the list they charged for. They did not clean the flooring anywhere within the property,kitchen,bathroom and toilet.They did not wash any dishes. I am confused, some of the things stated in this paragraph are included in basic cleaning but excluded from deep cleaning. Why are you charging me so much, when you won't even clean items included in basic cleaning. What I found shocking was the director shouting at me saying sorry,i thought you were Indian and would not pay when I told him I was Muslim. He is racist. Offered 20-30% off for shouting and arguing with me, only for deep clean. It is a deep clean for a reason, the fact they didn't do it properly, means thry asking me to pay twice for a discoun for the same experience. I will not be contacting them ever again. They also broke my blinds, I can't close them. They also took my muscle cleaning spray which I gave them to clean stuff which they hadn't done properly wirh their own detergent. Their form did not ask me for the full address, they also blamed at on me, cancelled the service until I called them. The director was shouting at me about this including when I was trying to speak to the company about the invoice. He wouldn't let me speak to them. I had to leave my house to speak to them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was the worst experience i have encountered and no proper cleaning was done under deep cleaning price tag.

Overpriced for what you get
The two cleaners were polite and completed some jobs very well (such as the fridge, oven, extractor hood and shower), however I was shocked at how little was included for the deep clean service and the short amount of time that you get the cleaners for. I paid £275 and was left quite disappointed with the state of the place, I would have saved considerable money just booking individual services on their own. I had to point out a few things to them at the end that had not been done and I noticed even more after they had left. The company should make it much more clear before you book that a lot of basic things are not included in the Deep Clean and/or that there is a time limit. The manager that came at the beginning and at the end also tried to suggest that because I had a shower and a bath in my bathroom that I was meant to pay for two bathrooms rather than one, which is does not say anywhere on your website.

the company & the individual cleaners: excellent
easy to book via the company. good communication. the cleaners who came to my house texted first to let me know they were on their way. they were polite, professional and friendly and did a great job. my house was an absolute mess, so they really had their work cut out, but it's lovely and clean now.

So happy with the deep clean to my bathroom! The two cleaners who turned up were great. They turned up early, were polite and did an amazing job on the bathroom and interior windows. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. The price was very reasonable for the work completed.
