Overpriced for what you get
The two cleaners were polite and completed some jobs very well (such as the fridge, oven, extractor hood and shower), however I was shocked at how little was included for the deep clean service and the short amount of time that you get the cleaners for. I paid £275 and was left quite disappointed with the state of the place, I would have saved considerable money just booking individual services on their own. I had to point out a few things to them at the end that had not been done and I noticed even more after they had left. The company should make it much more clear before you book that a lot of basic things are not included in the Deep Clean and/or that there is a time limit. The manager that came at the beginning and at the end also tried to suggest that because I had a shower and a bath in my bathroom that I was meant to pay for two bathrooms rather than one, which is does not say anywhere on your website.
