The Worst Awful Bullies and Cleaning Conpany
I am going to inform you about the issues with this company, including the fact they made me cry and bullied me into making payment to a directors personal account rather than the bank account for the company. When I refused, the director of the company started shouting at me, stopped work and said he will stay in my house (single women residence) for a number of days if payment not made to him directly. They refused to clean the general appliances in the kitchen like microwave and kettle despite paying them many hundred pounds, they did not clean the coffee table properly for which they got payment. I asked them to clean the cabinets of my kitchen properly, they didn't do it. They charged me for cleaning 8 windows externally, they missed out three windows. They did not wipe the furniture despite that being added to the list they charged for. They did not clean the flooring anywhere within the property,kitchen,bathroom and toilet.They did not wash any dishes. I am confused, some of the things stated in this paragraph are included in basic cleaning but excluded from deep cleaning. Why are you charging me so much, when you won't even clean items included in basic cleaning. What I found shocking was the director shouting at me saying sorry,i thought you were Indian and would not pay when I told him I was Muslim. He is racist. Offered 20-30% off for shouting and arguing with me, only for deep clean. It is a deep clean for a reason, the fact they didn't do it properly, means thry asking me to pay twice for a discoun for the same experience. I will not be contacting them ever again. They also broke my blinds, I can't close them. They also took my muscle cleaning spray which I gave them to clean stuff which they hadn't done properly wirh their own detergent. Their form did not ask me for the full address, they also blamed at on me, cancelled the service until I called them. The director was shouting at me about this including when I was trying to speak to the company about the invoice. He wouldn't let me speak to them. I had to leave my house to speak to them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was the worst experience i have encountered and no proper cleaning was done under deep cleaning price tag.
