I live in the Akin Golden Triangle

I live in the Akin Golden Triangle. The sales team of Landing was very difficult to work with as information and pricing kept changing. I had to call almost every day for over a week before I could finalize the apartment due to an incompetent sales team. However, when I finally reached the property manager from Landings side named Anne, she took great care of me and has been a great communicator as I arrived to a gorgeous apartment in a great building. I love how Landings furnished the apartment. The unit was very clean, and I have been thrilled here. While there is a lot of construction surrounding the building, the building itself is extremely quiet and I don’t hear the construction at all. This was something that I was concerned about before moving in because I work from home, but it has truly not been a problem. I’m even thinking about extending my 2 1/2 month lease. The location is top notch and great for dog owners, such as myself. I am extremely happy now that I have arrived in the building!! Anne has continued to be super communicative through my move in and after. My recommendation is to stop communicating with the Landings sales team and connect with the Landings property manager.

I have had a pleasant experience using Landing. I was locked out of the apartment for 14-15 hours.

I have had a pleasant experience using Landing… until I didn’t. I came home after being out all day, went to unlock my door, and nothing happened. No light, no numbers to type in a code, absolutely nothing. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it per instructions I found online and nothing seemed to work. I ended up calling and talking to a woman named Isabel who said the battery was out on my lock and that she would figure out what to do and call me back. I was told there would either be someone coming out or they would send me information to have me stay in another unit that night. This happened around 4:00pm and I heard absolutely nothing from them. I ended up having to pay to get all my nightly essentials from the store and had to stay the night at a hotel next door. EXTREMELY unprofessional. The next morning I contact them again and was sent a door code… which baffled me considering I said the battery was out and I couldn’t even type in an access code. I contacted them at 6:00 and finally at 7:30 they sent a local locksmith out. The locksmith said he could not fix the lock and he ended up calling Landing who told the locksmith to break the lock and replace it with the original deadbolt, which keep in mind was not anywhere to be found in the apartment. The locksmith ended putting a new lock on my door and gave me the keys. Landing did absolutely nothing to help the situation, except call a locksmith 14 hours after my original complaint, which if I would have known that was the solution they were going to offer me I would have called a locksmith myself last night. I am repulsed by the behavior of this company and to top it all off, nobody has called me to check and make sure everything was okay. My piece of advice to you? Go with AirBnB cause Landing doesn’t care about your wellbeing whatsoever.

Absolutely unacceptable experience

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived after a 26-hour drive to find an apartment that was not only disgusting but clearly not cleaned before my arrival. There was a moldy very stinky hairball in the sink, brown stains on towels, black hair all over the bed and sheets, and a stain on the mattress cover. The apartment didn’t even have a trash bag — I had to walk to the store, clean and throw away someone else’s filth. I submitted multiple issue reports with photos through their platform and followed up with a direct text. Not one meaningful response. The only offer I received was $50 off for a cleaning fee I would still have to pay for, as well as someone coming to “swap out towels” or “clean the sink” after I had already taken care of it myself. For $2,400/month, I expected a professionally cleaned, move-in-ready home — not a biohazard. This level of neglect, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is shocking for a company that claims to provide “fully managed” and “hassle-free” rentals. If you are specifically considering the unit in Denver CO in “The battery on Blake street” just be aware that the upstairs neighbors like to vacuum their floors at 12 am and stomp around all night and morning. I never got more than 5 hours of sleep each night. If you value your time, health, and money, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Hellolanding booking. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL

My girlfriend used hello landing through Airbnb, she moved across the country to this location. Upon arrival the apartment was missing items needed, absolutely disgusting unlivable conditions, full of cat hair (which she’s super allergic to), the couch looked like it had been thrown up on, and all the furniture was garbage. With nowhere to go they wouldn’t clean the apartment, wouldn’t put her up anywhere else, (luckily she can stay with me). But the lack of help for a women moving across the country with all her stuff and then to just cancel the booking with no heads up instead of cleaning it is wild. I hope nobody ever uses this company for anything. They do not care about their customers and are of 0 help.

HelloLanding is a very poorly run…

HelloLanding is a very poorly run business. My group made a reservation in 2/2024 for Phoenix,AZ. In 7/2024 they cancelled that reservation and asked me to rebook at another property. So I did, but it cost us more than the original reservation. Over the next six months we called Landing several times times to check on that reservation. Each time we were reassured by the agent all was well. The last time we called was 01/23/2025 to check on our reservation. Again we were was told it was fine and they would give us the check-in code 30 minutes before check in. We arrived yesterday in Phoenix. We were in 2 cars, had 3 people and one dog and drove 2 days to get here from Oregon. When we get here we called to confirm. They told us they cancelled this new reservation earlier this week. They made no effort to contact us. They hadn't even returned our deposit. There were no other same size apartments available. Basically it was a dead-end. I recommend you do not book with Hello Landing, they are untrustworthy and unreliable. Their business model is unsustainable. Their customer service policy will put them out of business. There are too many reliable services that will do the right thing. This one doesn't know how. Stay away from them! After posting our review, they responded with, "Please reach out so we can address this further. This is not the level of service we strive for." We did—again. Their "solution"? A $1,000 credit, despite clear documentation proving their error cost us over $5,000 in rebooking fees. Even when faced with undeniable facts, they refused to do the right thing. Their arrogance and lack of a moral compass leave us no choice but to take them to small claims court.

Standby billing terms need update to be less ambiguous

Make sure you fully understand how standby works prior to booking. Their website lacks clarity around the terms of billing. After paying the $1495 monthly fee I checked into a unit on January 1st and was bumped on the 12th. I did not move into another landing unit because the units I wanted to reserve were booked. I decided to save my unused days thinking I could apply them to a later booking when a unit I like becomes available. Talking with a representative of theirs I learned the 18 days I thought I had credited I in fact did not, and to book with them I would be charged another $1495. It was not clear to me that standby has a use it or lose it policy. I enjoyed landing up until this exchange as it was not handled with a shred of empathy. The last thing I was told after asking for the contact info of someone that has decision-making authority was “The policy is the policy.” Aside from all this I enjoyed staying with hellolanding but between the money I have lost, understanding you need to stay a consecutive 30 nights which is much less flexible, and the way the representative handled themselves I don’t think I’ll be staying with them again. ~$900 lesson I hope no one else has to learn.

They have made no attempt to make it right other than giving me a $500 dollar credit on a studio apartment available 02/7/2025. We had reservations for a two bedroom apartment.

The apartments are great

The apartments are great. Beautiful and in great locations. The area managers and company are proactivd and very fair in managing everything you would expect when moving and staying in a furnished apartment. I feel secure and taken care of and has allowed me to adjust my housing needs for my very demanding job and changing office locations to make my life easier while sustaining a great lifestyle.

A great experience

The agent that I dealt with was the most knowledgeable, responsive and helpful individual that I have ever dealt with in any business transaction over the last 40 years.
