Excellent customer service, really helpful
Support technician went above and beyond to help me with SSL installation. Although I may have been able to muddle through myself, he walked me through the various stages, provided a discount, and finished off the https redirect without me asking. Made the whole process relaxed for a non-techie like me.
Adrian provided a quick and helpful response despite it not appearing to be a hosting related issue. He also 'left the door open', should I still continue to have issues.
I was put in contact with Robert Gabriel who guided me through some problems I had with my website. I could not have a better mentor to solve these difficulties and also to assist me with making my site secure. I would recommend this company and its staff for its excellent service
I needed a website moved over to a VPS and Adrian was really helpful and answered all my questions and once I was happy with everything Adrian did all the work and moved the site over without any issues. Good Service!

Terrible support. They take ages to respond, and when they do they dont want to help. Dont bother with this hosting company, it is cheap for a reason.

OK, so in the past, I've had a few issues with Heart Internet's support systems, but I have to admit that a recent problem, which I needed addressing, was very efficiently and quickly resolved. I raised a ticket and Andreea from the support team was excellent: taking time to guide me through the problem and helping me to clearly understand the way through to its resolution. I'm now much more positive about Heart Internet's customer service and I hope that this experience will be indicative of their future practice.
Their support is terrible, slow to respond and they give poor technical support. I read the review feedback from Mike. Indeed, the trustpilot site wanted me to give some feedbacxk so here it is. There is no telephone support which initself is fine. Too often and in a situation where my site was unavailable and even after I selected the emergency flag "site down", It took days for this to be resolvced. Instead, I got some tech advice from an inexperienced support person that amounted to nothing. The Tech support chat is often unmanned so unavailable

Unfortunately I had my first and what I can guarantee you will be my last experience of Heart Internet today. A client's website experienced some issues that caused me to need to contact them. Their live chat said it opened at 09:00am. It didn't. So I raised a ticket. So eventually live chat did open who could do nothing but raise another ticket. From this I got slow and frustrating responses with little to no informative support. Based on this I tried a restore from their backup service. That failed as it could not 'mount the recovery point'. So I contacted live chat, who could do nothing but raise a ticket. As yet no Response to this. We have now had all day and progressed exactly nowhere. I'm now migrating all of their services to an actual host that I know provides a real service with proper support. If I could add a screenshot on here I would. But as of 22/05/2024 the Heart Internet /contact page still lists the opening time of Live chat as 09:00am. DETAILS. If this is incorrect, change it. These are the seeds of frustration that lead a customer down a doomed path to a bad experience.

Heart offers good support but it is hard to get at it. Help isn't that helpful except with How To items. It is easier to go into Support and open a ticket. When you do this you will be able to have a web chat with a real person who is extremely helpful. I've only been able to find Support from the main screen. It also helps if have your PIN to get help quickly. I can't remember how you get a pin. Perhaps from the support people. Previously you could speak to a real person but those days are gone.
My previous domain name/web hosting provider had ceased responding to all forms of communication. The helpful team at Heart Internet quickly helped me through reclaiming my expired domain name.
