Their support is a complete shambles
Unfortunately I had my first and what I can guarantee you will be my last experience of Heart Internet today. A client's website experienced some issues that caused me to need to contact them. Their live chat said it opened at 09:00am. It didn't. So I raised a ticket. So eventually live chat did open who could do nothing but raise another ticket. From this I got slow and frustrating responses with little to no informative support. Based on this I tried a restore from their backup service. That failed as it could not 'mount the recovery point'. So I contacted live chat, who could do nothing but raise a ticket. As yet no Response to this. We have now had all day and progressed exactly nowhere. I'm now migrating all of their services to an actual host that I know provides a real service with proper support. If I could add a screenshot on here I would. But as of 22/05/2024 the Heart Internet /contact page still lists the opening time of Live chat as 09:00am. DETAILS. If this is incorrect, change it. These are the seeds of frustration that lead a customer down a doomed path to a bad experience.
