Absolute disgraceful company,diagnosed gout in my knee over the phone. Couldn't be bothered to video call. I managed to see a consultant and after an mri scan I have torn my cartilage. This company are playing with people's lives, put in a complaint but they are not interested at all, I agree thud benefit shield ge drooped,
This does not even deserve a one star! They do not even care, the way they talked seemed like they just wanted to move on! Absolutely useless, called them with a serious issue, and they said they could not do anything and just told me to call the GP, then what is the point in this service??? Will write a strong message to my company to drop this benefit! Waste of money.
Can never get an appt. when you do they cal you back hours late. No one ever answers the phone. Waste of time
I am an NHS clinician (so know more than most how things should work). I wanted to try out Hero Health as they came FOC with another healthcare policy I have, and I had a simple condition that required a prescription for some cream. What should be an easy process was over complicated, full of errors, and required me to follow up at every stage. Not recommended unfortunately!
Terrible service. To be more precise, no service at all: used their ZGP24 at healthhero.com online video service twice. First time - no show! Second time - no sound (tried Windows 10, Android and iOS devices. The gentleman could hear me well, but we couldn't)! Will recommend our company to dump them.
