Very good, used via my health insurance, booking was very easy and the appointment was next day. The Doctor was a little late to join but was obviously very busy, she gave me the time I needed and was very professional, I was happy with everything and had a referral within the hour.

Getting an appointment with my own GP is like asking the king to come for dinner. This service was there when I needed it, from making the appointment to speaking to the consultant was a breeze. The consultant listened to me, diagnosed me from my symptoms and i had a prescription within minutes. The whole process took less than 24hrs. Great service, highly recommend

First time using the service last week. I was able to get a doctors appointment later the same day and he was very helpful and patient with me. He reassured me in regards to my problem and suggested helpful things for me to try with another issue I had.

Easy to get through to book a GP Consultation. Received a Telephone Consultation within an hour of original telephone call and the quality of the Consultation was excellent - gave me the answers I needed to my questions.

There when you need them them the most. Very fast efficient and helpful GP service. From the booking process to consultation everything was exceptional. GP very helpful friendly and understanding. Prescribed me much needed medication that helped me Recover much quicker than waiting for an appointment with my normal GP and prevented my symptoms worsening.

Good service if you know how to get the most out of it. Dont think they will have all your medical records to hand or wont hesitate to bump you to your own GP. ✅if you have an acute problem that may require a mild script ✅ need signposting to where you need to go and back it up with a letter to your GP saying you need seeing ✅ can take photos before appointment to show problems ❌is misleading saying its access to GP 24/7 it isnt you can just book one 24/7

Professionalism and punctuality

this is the second and satisfactory appointment I've had with what seem to be a noncommittal inexperienced recently qualified registrar level doctors who actually don't have much patient experience and therefore have little Casa knowledge about how to deal with older patients like myself. Talking to somebody that sounds like A trainee and doesn't know how to answer questions was not safe in my view. The doctor told me to take anti-inflammatories which obviously without going through my medical history was not safe either. I have high blood pressure have had a blood cut near fatal incident and can't take anti-inflammatories due to the fact I've been on them for the last two years had to come off the same with paracetamol. She told me to go and sit an occupational therapist is entirely inappropriate for a possible carpal tunnel recurring syndrome and what could be the arthritis or caused by an accident I don't know. I had two dislocations in one day and two subluxations previous day and wanted to know how I could stabilise my joint during the weekend. So in the end I've got to go to urgent care because I cannot do anything with my Joint popping out constantly. Last time the junior doctor did not refer me either for a appointment with a specialist which is what I needed.

Absolutely useless, called to get repeat prescription as wife out of meds, told next available appointment Monday afternoon 48hrs from now, not a 24*7 service that was advertised and payed for. Asked to raise an official complaint to be advised that someone will get back to me in 10 days

I have requested a referral for a scan and uploaded all the documentation i had however they told me that they can't do it and they need to refer me to a specialist instead. I stated that i am only interested in the referral, why did they proceed to charge me? Terrible service - They will just take your money
