Lots of appointments are available with a choice of telephone or online options together with the opportunity to choose a male or female doctor. The doctor was helpful and provided me with the outcome that I was looking for.

Never received my prescription. Called to raise the issue which they promised to resolve and then never heard back.

I needed help and probably a prescription and I needed right at that time and I got an appointment really soon and a really lovely and empathetic doctor who's service was really outstanding. I felt heard and understood. He was fantastic!

Dr Siddiqui saved me from permanent hearing loss and for this, I can't thank her enough. I woke up with sudden hearing loss in one ear few days earlier, which NHS minor injuries clinic diagnosed as blocked tubes and no treatment. Dr Siddiqui disagreed and treated my condition as SNHL, which is a serious condition and if untreated within a short window, can result in permanent damage. She correctly prescribed high dose steroids, and urged me to seek specialist treatment. I can happily report the steroids did the trick and my hearing has returned, with no lasting damage. However, if she hadn't responded with urgency, I would have been left with a very different outcome and likely deaf in one ear. I can't thank her enough. This is a crucial service Health Hero provide.

So what they did right firstly, they prescribed medication for what I needed and that was Oral Thrush. However, unfortunately the doctor sent a letter to my GP with incorrect information stating I had broken ribs, worked for Tesco (whom I do not) and stated other factually incorrect information, I have asked twice in the past 6 weeks for this to be corrected and still no correction to my medical file held at my GP. At first I was told they are not NHS which is correct but my GP can't correct HealthHeros incorrect information. So for this reason I have to give 1 star due to patient data being compromised and failure so far to fix the issue. I've now sent in a formal complaint and hopefully I don't have to take this further.
