Prescribed the medication I needed but then told the NHS GP I had broken Ribs
So what they did right firstly, they prescribed medication for what I needed and that was Oral Thrush. However, unfortunately the doctor sent a letter to my GP with incorrect information stating I had broken ribs, worked for Tesco (whom I do not) and stated other factually incorrect information, I have asked twice in the past 6 weeks for this to be corrected and still no correction to my medical file held at my GP. At first I was told they are not NHS which is correct but my GP can't correct HealthHeros incorrect information. So for this reason I have to give 1 star due to patient data being compromised and failure so far to fix the issue. I've now sent in a formal complaint and hopefully I don't have to take this further.
