Poor don’t use the company still out off pocket even now . Card came after 3 weeks wrong card number the printing was coming off on the design already 135 pound out off pocket . From Martin Wigley

AVOID THEM!!! very unprofessional the card stopped working after 2 months I sent it back with specail delivery no reply from them after 3 weeks I messaged them for them to reply back "they just received it and will start working on it soon" waited another week no update I asked for a refund they denied, waited another week for them to send a replacement they did not send it all i got from them was "they are investigating the issue and I have to just wait" I had to reorder a new card from the bank after a month without a debit card
Absolutely shocking don't waste your money they have my card still nearly 6 months later snd I'm getting no reply on email or Instagram wish I read the reviews. Save your money
1 star is too many. Just the worst company I've ever dealt with; crooks. Avoid like the plague. i'm taking them them to small claims court.
From start to finish the experience with Haze was incredible. Couldn’t recommend the service enough and I can’t wait to start showing off my shiny new card to everyone I know!
Stay well clear sent my card they sent me wrong design then never received it back then somone has tried to use my card numbers online never heard anything back from them send 14 emails a joke
DONT send your card! Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Used it for a week and the chip fell off, tried contacting the company. No response by email on more than one occasion. Message them on social media and ignored all my messages. Worst company, I have ever dealt with. In the end I had to order a new card from my bank.
Gold on the card was washed out, not even contactless, didn't even look or feel premium and worst of all, the card does not even work. If you do buy the card do not take it out with you as your only method of payment as your gonna get a lovely transaction void message and have no way to pay for your items. The worst part is I sent the card back for a refund over a month ago and am getting no replies from email or from their Chat bot on the website. I am now in the process of raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This is probably the worst online purchase I've ever made what a complete headache from the card not working to not even getting a refund. I'm a young guy just like the owner and no chance I would run a business like this after getting 35k from Steven Bartlett.
It took 8 weeks from ordering to finally receive a card… which was totally the wrong design and had someone else’s name on it. It was near impossible to get in contact with someone there and I tried all their platforms. Eventually I got through to Myles (the owner) who apologised and said he will send out the correct card PLUS a Haze metal wallet free of charge for the inconvenience. I received the right card a week later although it’s been 8 weeks since then I still haven’t received the complementary wallet. I once again asked Myles about this but he still hasn’t replied. And to top it off, the credit card chip fell off (this was after 1 day of use and no damage was done prior). I have used the card for a total of 9 weeks now and I can confirm that I do not use a physical card often but I can already see the black design rubbing off from the card machines. The experience and quality of the product was terrible. Worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Really fast turn around and a great looking card, very happy with it.
After a little back and forth, my card arrived in a nice discreet box, with the design I chose, the Ace of Spades. The card is weighty and feels good in your palm. Myles kept me updated on the progress and let me know when it has been dispatched. I'm really pleased with the final product!
Just had my new gold card delivered- looks fantastic. Love the look and weight of it. Easy to order and communication with my order all via quick chat. Delivery slightly delayed by few days but well worth it when the card arrived. Defo getting my second debit card upgraded soon.
The website and the cards look great and even better as based in the UK, I specifically thought support a UK business with the pandemic and all. The initial contact seemed to go well, I visited the website and decided I wanted a personalised card of my own design the chat bubble automatically opened in case I needed any help, I asked a question, and an advisor called Grace answered me seeming to possess amazingly efficient friendly and helpful attitude, she said I would receive a mock up in the chat of my card to approve before production. That was the height of the great experience, placed my order 24th March 2023, placed some follow up e-mails and tried to chat but none responsive. I ordered a metal card from overseas previously, it did arrive within eight days and their communications were on point. ************************************* The above is true and accurate at point of publishing, however eventually, I did get a proof to see and then a delivery arrived today I am happy with the quality of the card, the company needs to really work on communications to the purchaser.
I had a recommendation from a friend, so I decided to visit the website, I then placed an order, I had asked for a very detailed card, there were a few little errors, on the proof photo,but then rectified, it took about 7 days from start to finish , I was very pleased. I then decided to place another order, with even more detail, I am now waiting on this to arrive,
Ordered a card after watching Myles Dickenson on dragons den as I thought this was a good idea and a company I could trust. How wrong I was! After waiting weeks for the card to arrive it eventually did.I then realised after the first time I tried using it that the chip didn't work,this was reported straight away using the website and I had no reply.This was attempted numerous times without success.I decided to look on the truspilot reviews and discovered that this was a common problem with the chip.When I eventually managed to speak to someone they told me to send the card back,I mentioned that I,d read a lot of reviews from unhappy customers and I was told that these were all fake reviews from a competitor,when I was posting the card back I also noticed that the chip had now fallen out that I reported and sent pictures ,the reply was this was a common problem regarding the glue that had now been rectified.I posted the card recorded delivery weeks ago and was told last week that the refund would be boxed off later that day,that obviously didn't happen as I expected. I have now had to order a replacement card from my bank,pay for postage and waste lots of time chasing this joke of a company.This is a disgraceful way to treat customers and I feel that I have been totally scammed.Please don’t give this company your money unless you are willing to pay over £100 for a useless piece of metal !! I have kept correspondence as I believe the only way to get my refund back is down the small claims route.The company has still not refunded and have now contacted trustpilot to have review removed. I have forwarded all documentation as proof.
