Full of bS.. Keep replying emails but nothing has been done. Amount paid and 1 year later still giving the same bS and excuses

Poor don’t use the company still out off pocket even now . Card came after 3 weeks wrong card number the printing was coming off on the design already 135 pound out off pocket . From Martin Wigley

Sent the cash then no response ? So they’ve just taken my money - i think it’s been three months now after emails and instagram. Are they even still running the Buisness ?

Card came exactly as advertised, I was impressed with the quality and how it easy it was to do.
Ordered card and definitely not the same card I received as advertised. After my order on the 6thI waited and had to contact Myles on 16th and again 21st to get and update. Replied with apology on 21st with a free wallet (issue with Design). Received on 27th with Evri - damaged box and print of the card not as clear cut as the photo on the website. And to make it worse I get a ''Chip Error' when trying to use at ATM - not worth the hassle..
Poor end product. Extended delivery time. I used the pre-existing charizard design and the text is almost unreadable. Card was scratched before arrival. Should have checked the reviews first.
I was given this as a present from my boyfriend and love it! Have just sent off my other card to get another design too. Happy customer :)

The company advertises a turnaround of 3-5 days for a bespoke bank card. After constant chasing, and Haze blatently lying to me as to fact my card was on it's way, it finally turned up after two weeks. When the card did finally arrive, after attempting three seperate ATM machines and three seperate chip and pin machines, my card did not work "Chip Error", and rendered it completely useless. The card design itself was less than satisfying either, and no-where near the quality of the proof that was made up. After contacting them again, I was again lied to regarding the processing of a refund. In the end, I had to lodge a PayPal dispute to finally get my money back. I was also promised a wallet for my trouble, but again that never materialised. This is the worse company I have ever had the mis-fortune to have any dealings with, and am left extremely disgruntled, and frustrated by their constant dishonesty, without any regard for the feelings of their customer. I will certianly never be going back!It is such a shame, as it seemed a great idea on the surface.

A company that advertises a 3-5 day turn around should not still have failed to return a debit card 17 days after receipt. There is zero customer service , no response to online chat or email queries and with this total lack of responsibility they should not be permitted to fiddle with financial vehicles. There is no way back. Do not consider parting with your card!
Great experience, I saw them on Dragons den, card came out great took about 5 days to receive it back.
I agree with everyone else. Steer clear!! My card was sent recorded delivery to haze and signed for by them on Tuesday 7th February. Their website wouldn’t let you leave a different address for delivery. So I ordered it to my billing address and e mailed them immediately with the address I wanted it going to. I called 13 times that week and sent 7 e mails. No response. Someone eventually answered on Thursday 9th telling me my card had been despatched to the new address via Evri. I contacted evri and nothing had been sent to them. The following week I sent 15 e mails and called them 48 times. No answer. Myles then messaged me stating my card had been despatched on Wed 15th. 6 days after I was told it had been despatched. Again j contacted evri and nothing sent. It was eventually sent to my old address they said they had changed. And had to wait over two weeks for the card. Two days after receiving it the chip and pin section fell off and again nobody answering the phone or e mails. Absolutely shambolic company. Stay away!!!!!
