Warte seit über 3 Monaten auf die Rückerstattung des Geldbetrages. Die Schuhe wurden im Juli 2019 von UPS ohne einen einzigen Zustellversuch wieder zurückgeschickt. Unfassbar. Kann jedem nur raten bei diesem Store nichts zu bestellen.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I am so shocked by the service. Sent me espadrilles which are way too small. I called Customer services. They confirmed they have the incorrect size chart on their website however told me that I have to pay to return them!! I said I want to Exchange as detailed on their website. They said they no longer offer Exchanges and so i would have to return them and place a new order! tried to return them by logging into their website, it wouldn't accept my order number to return them. Called Customer Service once again who confirmed that the returns on their website isn't working currently but just send them back and the refund will be processed. I sent them back (with a complaint letter!!) and they received them on 18/09/19. Despite chasing, I still have no refund. Don't buy from them, incorrect info on their website, you can't exchange, can't return, constantly have to chase them, waste of time. Bought some Toms instead, with no issues whatsoever.

Happy customer

Ordered 3 pairs of flip flops, only took 5 day’s to arrive. Spoke with customer service team for the UK regarding a delivery date, and they were very helpful. Items were in good condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Lass bitte die Finger weg von diesem Shop. Ich warte seit mehr als 6 Wochen auf meinem Geld, die Sie mir zurückzahlen müssen. Sie haben die Ware (die qualitativ im Keller ist) wieder zurückerhalten, aber mein Geld wollen sie nicht erstatten. Ich finde diese Art und Weise den Kunden gegenüber total unprofessionell und unverschämt. Solche Shops sollten nicht in Internet sein. Ich werde dieser Bewertung so viel wie möglich verbreiten. Die Leute haben recht zu wissen, was für Menschen sind in diesen Shop zu finden.

UNTERIRDISCH

UNTERIRDISCH So eine nervige zeitaufreibende Erfahrung hatte ich noch nie. Es wird ein defekter Schuh geschickt (die Schlaufe zum Zehentrennen war so lang, dass mein ganzer Fuß raus viel). Ich kontaktiere die Kundenhotline wo nur englisch gesprochen wurde aber mir zugesichert wurde ein neues Paar zuzuschicken, sobald meine Größe wieder verfügbare wäre. Ich mache noch ein offizielles Beschwerdeticket mit Fotos des Schuhs auf der Webseite, latsche zum zweiten Mal in der Woche zum 20 min entfernten UPS-Shop . Nach 6-8 Wochen bekomme ich kommentarlos bei PayPal Geld erstattet, es fehlten aber 4,90€ Ich rufe wieder dort an wo eine Frau diesmal auf deutsch mit sehr starkem Akzent und eingeschränktem Vokabular sagt es sei "meine Schuld" ich hätte eine Retour gemacht und deshalb müsste ich den Rückversand selbst zahlen. Ich hätte so lange warten müssen bis meine Größe wieder verfügbar sei und es kostenlos umtauschen - man hat ja sonst nichts zu tun als ständig in deren Online-Shop zu schauen .. im Endeffekt wurde sich stringent geweigert mir die Versandkosten zu erstatten, obwohl mir ein DEFEKTES Produkt geliefert wurde. Ich finde diese Art kriminell und fühle mich belogen und betrogen. Nach 10 Min in der Warteschlange und insgesamt 30 Min am Telefon sagte sie mir der Manager sei für mich jetzt "nicht zu sprechen" aber er hätte eingewilligt mir die 4,90€ als Gutschein für meine nächste Bestellung zu geben .. danke für nichts Wenn man die Schuhe haben will dann im Geschäft oder über Amazon bestellen aber der offizielle Online-Shop ist ein einziger Graus. Nie Nie Nie wieder

Gute Erfahrung

Ich habe 3 Paar bestellt, habe zwar keine Bestellbestätigung per email erhalten und mir Sorgen gemacht, was wohl mit meiner Kreditkartenzahlung passieren wird aber: nach 3 Tagen kam die Bestellung mit einem UPS-Rücksendeaufkleber nach Italien im Paket. Alles war sorgsam verpackt. Alle 3 Paar haben gut gepasst (trotz, dass ich zwei unterschiedliche Schuhgrößen habe) und sind sehr gut verarbeitet. Jetzt bin ich wohl die Einzige, die einen guten Kauf und gute Erfahrungen gemacht hat...

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I ordered havaianas by the end of July, put in the right address. Package got stuck in Brussels because the address that was give to UPS was incomplete. Their solution was to phone UPS with the reference of the order. I told them to solve it because the mistake was theirs. They said they couldn’t because of privacy reasons? At UPS I couldn’t speak to a real person. Few days later I went on holidays for 2,5 weeks. When I returned on the 16th of August, I sent them an email saying that I supposed the package had been returned and that I wanted a refund. I have received no answer since then, no package, no refund. I’ve just sent them a reminder. Hope it gets solved. Shame, such a nice product...I am not inclined to place any orders again... After the reminder ( and maybe this review?) they paid it back.

Das ganze ist eine Frechheit

Das ganze ist eine Frechheit, wie ich sie noch nicht erlebt habe. Keine Rechnung, kein Rücklieferschein, einen Bestellcode wie gewünscht kann ich nicht ermitteln bzw. ist falsch. Bin gespannt ob ein Rückruf kommt, bezweifle ich aufgrund der vorangegangenen Bewertungen. Nie mehr. Und dann noch Rücksendung nach Italien, Kosten habe ich noch nicht ermittelt. Gehts noch?

Absolutely appalling!!! 2 months later, nothing solved. One reply from company's customer service and no action. Close this company down, please, it makes people feel miserable and damages the whole industry.

DO NOT BUY FROM HAVAIANAS STORE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HAVAIANAS STORE!!!!! I ordered flip flops on 17/06 and paid for 3-5 day delivery. Order N°: GB06172019-00035877 Shipping type: Standard Delivery UK Order date: 17 June 2019 Delivery date: Regular Delivery Time between 3-5 working days On 25/06 they had not arrived so I called them, they can’t find my name, order number or anything about me so I offered to send my email copy of order confirmation. They gave me a bogus email address To send details to. So I called again. Order now found but there is a problem with the item ordered, I asked for the order to be cancelled and my payment refunded. 09/07 14 days later still no refund and I have called every day and get told the same rubbish! Absolutely shocking customer service. I have just received an email telling me that the finance dept have refunded but we will see, I don’t hold out much hope. Update 08/12 still no refund or goods delivered.

Why cannot I give ZERO stars ? Absolute disgrace of a company

Well another update after yet a further 17 days. It has now been 8 weeks (56 days) since wrong size goods were sent back to these people. Firstly they said they would send money back to my CC (NEVER HAPPENED) Now they say "send us your IBAN/BIC codes and we will send to your bank account. Having checked with my bank that to do so IS secure that is what I have done. 3 days later they say "it may take another 14 days" Yeah right.........holding my breath on that one? NOPE. Why would I after so many broken promises? I am leaving it with the fraud department of my CC company.

Update since last review. After numerous emails and phone calls I was told they did not have a record of me sending back 2 pairs. Eventually they contacted me to say "hey...we got them after all" Your refund will show in your account within 2-12 working days. 13 working days on and nothing. I have now contacted my CC company to get a refund as these people are fraudsters. Send wrong sizes. Site wont allow you to print return address label Cost £10 to return Cant find a return Money still not refunded after 13 working days DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I ordered 3 pairs. One pair is correct. The 2nd pair was faulty. They told me I could keep this and send me a refund although I have no idea when I will get this refund. The 3rd pair was sent in the wrong size. I clearly ordered size 35 and I received size 33. Website clearly shows size 35 is a UK 3. So this is what I ordered. They are claiminh I ordered a European size 35!!! No where does it say I am ordering European size. I am from UK and have looked at the size chart according to my UK size. They continously lie that they have sent the correct size and refuse to send me a refund even though I have sent pictures of what they sent. I have made a claim through my credit card company. They will not be getting away with this. They are out to steal your money and they don't care. Please only buy with a credit card if you do order from this website so that your purchase is protected.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY

Horrible customer service. Bought 2 pairs. They sent me the wrong size. I had to pay for the return postage and they refused to refund me, when it was their own mistake. They basically broke EU law. Run away from this store.

Awful returns process

I love the product but I ordered the wrong size. (Their sizing is confusing to say the least!) The returns process is awful. The website is hard to navigate and the "print returns label" just wouldn't work. So I called customer services to be told that I had to pay to return them to an address in Italy. This will probably cost more than what the shoes are worth and the address doesn't even have Havaianas in it, seems like a generic address, so Im nervous that they will not even receive them. Shocking returns process and for this reason I will never order from this site again.

Wir haben 3 Schuhe bestellt und davon 2 zurückgeschickt, weil leider nicht gepasst. Bis heute (nach 5 Monaten) haben wir das Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekommen, obwohl wir mehrfach angerufen haben. Zuerst wird behauptet, das Geld kommt noch, dann wieder es wurde überwiesen, obwohl man per Kontoauszug nachweist, dass kein Geld eingegangen ist. Würde hier nicht nochmal bestellen, wenn man nicht genau weiß, dass man die Sachen behalten möchte.

Shocking quality and service

Terrible quality. I purchased one of the rubber type bags for my holiday. I used it for one week and then only inside my beach bag to keep things organised. On arriving home I found the handle had broken. I sent photos and was told this was wear and tear. £20 for a weeks use? Not fit for purpose. And not able to leave a review on the product nor reply to their email. Save your money people.

Miserabler Service

Meine Frau hat im April ein paar Havaianas bestellt und bezahlt, die Lieferung erfolgte prompt, die Schuhe waren trotz Anpassung über die angegebene Schablone zu klein. Die Rücksendung erfolgte mit dem entsprechenden Rücksendeschein auf eigene Kosten nach Italien, angeblich sollte ein größeres Paar automatisch geschickt werden. Das ist bis heute nicht passiert, trotz x-facher telefonischer Kontakte und der Versprechung, zu reagieren. Jedesmal andere Sachbearbeiter, alle freundlich, aber komplett inkompetent. Miserabler Service...
