Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I ordered havaianas by the end of July, put in the right address. Package got stuck in Brussels because the address that was give to UPS was incomplete. Their solution was to phone UPS with the reference of the order. I told them to solve it because the mistake was theirs. They said they couldn’t because of privacy reasons? At UPS I couldn’t speak to a real person. Few days later I went on holidays for 2,5 weeks. When I returned on the 16th of August, I sent them an email saying that I supposed the package had been returned and that I wanted a refund. I have received no answer since then, no package, no refund. I’ve just sent them a reminder. Hope it gets solved. Shame, such a nice product...I am not inclined to place any orders again... After the reminder ( and maybe this review?) they paid it back.
