I usually hate coming into London...it can be stressful and hectic. I also wouldn't normally stop for a potential sales pitch. But when I was approached by Grubby's rep, Toni, there was no sense of being harassed and actually I was grateful to stop...plus the fact that Grubby were offering something different to what I'd seen before. Toni was incredibly pleasant to talk to and nothing felt transactional or pushy and we ended up having a genuinely interesting conversation. Toni was very knowledgeable about the product, about veganism in general, which meals she most liked and had other really good tips about food festivals etc. She was keen to hear and address any concerns, like about recipe duplication and delivery and helped to put together my first meal kit. It actually was a refreshing way to arrive in London and Toni represented both Grubby and London in a really positive light.

Great Service! I started my subscription thanks to Daniella who convinced me to give it a try - I am into my 3rd week now. The meals are very tasty and quite healthy and a nice change from my usual dinners. I also really appreciate the music playlist that comes with every recipe - nice touch. Customer service is top notch.

Fantastic saleswoman French lady (Helen or Erin) at Parsons Green, she sold the product to me from start to end, she was very attentive and asked the right questions. She's not your typical salesperson looking to make a quick buck. Grubby is an excellent idea and product!!
