Grubby

I was approached by Daniella in London Bridge Station. She was very knowledgeable about the service and was able to answer all my questions. I never usually sign up to subscriptions like this on the spot but she was super friendly, charismatic and made me eager to give it a go. I've made one meal so far and it turned out really well, my non-vegan flat-mate enjoyed it too. The instructions were concise and easy to follow, the ingredients arrived fresh and well-packaged and the delivery was seamless. I believe the packaging is all recyclable and compostable too. Extremely impressed overall and I'm excited to try out my second meal!

Food arrived warm, probably because it had one ice pack in the box... completely melted soggy mess. Immediately asked to cancel my subscription but was told I have to do so via the website however I can't login to my account, password reset doesn't work either. What did I sign up for?

Had a pleasant experience with both Eve and Anastasia at Manchester market street who convinced me to try out the plant based meals despite majority of my meals including a source of meat. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my first box and want to thank them both for the time they took throughly explaining the process and answering any questions I put there way. Great assets to the brand

Erine (Peace) was quite concise with introducing Grubby making it easy for me to take a decision of trying it out. Her customer relations skill was top-notch too as she was able to convince me to try Grubby out even though I am not a spontaneous spender. I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of my first box so as to try something new with respect to food.

Johnathon approached me this afternoon in Hackney Mare Street, he has changed my life with this amazing organic food that will feed my family of eight! Such a great deal! Can’t wait to try these amazing recipes!

We met Sabine in Manchester and she was amazing. She talked me through the app step by step. Gave us background information on the company and it’s ethics. The latest box I received was missing tomato paste. Luckily I had some to hand. So far the customer service has been amazing. I will stay on a bit longer to see if the food and all ingredients arrive

Emtinel did an amazing job explaining the health & lifestyle benefits of signing up to Grubby. As someone who travels a lot for work whilst trying to maintain a healthy diet, this service is a natural fit. My experience of Grubby was somewhat tainted by the delivery service. (I won't name them as this is the first issue I've had) I was messaged on the Monday that my order would arrive that day, come 21:30 I get the "Sorry we missed you" msg. Checking the location showed a picture of a path/side street maybe? No house or door, nor the area I live in. Got in touch following day was told it would be arrive by 14:00, 15:00 contacted them again only to be told to try again the following day. It finally arrived some time late Wednesday. Aubergine had soft parts I could put my finger through and much of the veg looked old, corriander was a light greenish yellow etc. I've taken what was okay and made my own dishes. As for Grubby, the items arrived nicely packaged in recyclable bags. Recipe sheets are straight forward and easy to follow. I'd recommend this over Eat Fresh, or whatever it's called. Maybe just not so much for chefs

I dont normally buy spontaneously but Camelia being very knowledgeable about (and interested in) cooking as I am becoming, as well as personable and non-pressuring, inspired me to try Grubby out. Received the first pack and it is good.

Had a great chat getting to know Danielle, as I returned from a weekend away in Barcelona. Was very informative, professional and highly charismatic. Great tips on the recipe choices and sharing notes on start-ups.

Spoke with Ineesh and Camelia and was easily convinced what they had to offer was worth trying, the friendliness helped a lot! Product was also explained in good detail, and they answered any questions I had well.

I was approached by one of your employees called Miles wheatley who was absolutely outstanding and really showed me what your company does and the benefits while being friendly, positive and energetic which made me feel very welcomed and educated. Can’t wait for my order! :)

Great eco and ethical company that deliver delicious, healthy meals. The recipes have been amazing in terms of choice and portions are sizeable 🙌 the introductory are very good value for money. Thank you to Tobi in Brighton who got me on board and showed my how great Grubby could be!

Very tasty and worth every penny
