I signed up thanks to Charlotte in Nottingham station, she was very nice and patient, she gave an excellent description of the app and I think for the service offered especially for plant based meals is very convenient! Eager to try my first cauliflower steak :)
Dear Paul, I wanted to tell you and the management team what an absolutely first class job Keri has done for my family today. Unfortunately our much anticipated Grubby Box was stolen from our doorstep this afternoon. Our neighbour saw the theft and gave chase but lost the thieves. On hearing this my wife called your customer care number and had the very good fortune to speak to Keri, who displayed the highest degree of professionalism in dealing with the situation. Keri subsequently called me and explained that not only had she refunded us for the loss, but had arranged for a spare box to replace our missing one which will be delivered this very evening! Having spent a lifetime in sales, l wanted to reflect to you that her tremendous customer focus, her professional manner coupled with a lovely sense of humour do your young company great credit and l shall certainly be telling more people about you! I signed up after speaking to one of the team Devika, in the Trafford Centre Manchester who was very professional and her product knowledge was excellent. I'm normally a sales persons nightmare as a grumpy cantankerous old git that never engages but I was sold on the product, its range of meals and the ease with which I was able to navigate round the app

Jonathan's approach was relaxed and authentic. He has a natural way to chat to perfect strangers which made me feel I can hang out with him and listen to what he had to say. Best meal box out there! Great selections each week with loads of variety. Everything is easy to make and tastes great. Unlike other meal boxes out there, Grubby is not overloaded with heavy pastas and rice based dishes. Meal sizes are very generous and I usually have leftovers for lunch!
The service provided by Grubby is good, in my experience. Simplistic in their approach of their concept yet extensive in the options available; from the range of meals to the frequency and amount of the orders. I was truly impressed by the overall operation and if not for unrelated factors, I would continue to be subscribed to their service but I do, and have recommended them to friends. Special mention to the team in the Watford region, particular to an energetic, interactive and hardworking woman, Emtinel. They are an overall great, genuinely and helpful group who truly sell Grubby's concept well.
Always good quality meals. Portion sizes are very generous and the meals are nutritious and filling, plus they send freebie samples which is always a surprising bonus
Great for the environment. True to their word. Lovely selection of dishes which are easy to follow and perfectly portioned. Just feels a tad expensive at the moment and while the majority of dishes were great, a few felt a little lackluster but that could be more of a personal issue than anything else.

I was persuaded at Central station Liverpool to sign up. I fretted because I love meat and couldn't imagine a meal without it. Then my Grubby box arrived - great ingredients, I'm learning how to make delicious veggie meals. It's a great way to trial dishes without the expense of say, a whole bottle of tamari soy/jar of agave syrup/white wine vinegar. Also, great playlists with each recipe. So a massive positive learning experience and totally flavour infused food. Thank you.
I love Grubby and tell all my friends! The recipes are delicious and fun to make. My family has a much greater appreciation for vegan food now than they did before Grubby came along. I get excited when my box arrives!

Fantastic recipes, always delicious and fresh ingredients. Really easy to follow instructions for healthy and filling meals. I've learned how to cook and love foods that I'd never even thought about trying before. Absolutely the best service of this kind (and I've tried most!)
Brilliant company! All dealings have been 100%. But I did not mange to order my choice from the menu. Something was automatically chosen for me and pack contained things I cannot eat. GRUBBY please add something that allows the users to stipulate allergens so this doesn’t happen. Please.
