Grubby

I never knew plant-based food boxes existed until I spoke to Simi and Aziz. Both were extremely friendly with a wealth of knowledge about the company and recipes. They thoroughly walked me through the process of ordering boxes and the different recipes that I could try. The environmental and ethical approach of the company is literally the icing on the cake. I can't wait to receive my box and give all these new recipes a go!

Can’t cook so looking to give this a go. Little Karen (Ldn Paddington) who can apparently eat 20slices of pizza explained how simple Grubby is, and very convenient as the recipe comes to your doorstep. She was very enthusiastic and fun. She got me thinking I should learn to cook. The recipes are vegan but it shouldn’t be a problem. Provecho!

I wasn't overly familiar with Grubby but Hiba explained everything for me and was very knowledgeable and interesting to talk with. She understood what I was looking for with regards to allergies and intolerances. I am looking forward to receiving my first box to give it a go and see what other recipes are on offer.

So far, they have delivered fantastic recipes with ingredients that I would never have dreamt of using before and I have always been very pleasantly surprised. Their delivery is reliable and I always look forward to receiving my box.

I was contacted by phone from someone at Grubby and we chatted about the business, its philosophies and aims and as it is a plant based meal box I thought I would give it a go... (I do eat meat, prefer veg) The boxes I have had so far are all fabulous - really tasty food, full of flavour, easy to make and the accompanying Spotify Playlists whilst you are cooking are the icing on the cake, so to speak... they don't do actual cake... I have had a couple of issue with ingredients in my 'bags' being squashed or damaged, as they try to minimise packaging and make it as recyclable as possible - I understand this is something they are working on - I have to say though, the customer service has been absolutely brilliant. Responsive, polite and helpful and I would go so far as to say caring - they certainly deserve their B-Corp rating, and they go above and beyond... Most importantly - GREAT FOOD! Thank you.

I had heard of the company and its objectives but it wasn't until Bryan stopped me to explain the work behind the company and what the service can provide for me that I became truly convinced. His insightful explanation and positive/energetic energy immediately convinced me to sign up for a box this week. He was an amazing example of great marketing! I left feeling great about my decision to sign up with Grubby :)

Just had to call grubby as last weeks box wasn't delivered to us , no fault of grubby ,completely courier error, but they were great . Excellent customer service, unlike the courier company. Refunded without question, very impressed, and the meals are great as well . Keep up the good work Grubby and thank you.

Was approached by Emintel (I’m so sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) at a Vegan Market; she hooked me straight away with her lovely personality! I’ve never heard of Grubby before, she’s explained it to me so well and was transparent about everything. Thank you, can’t wait to make these yummy meals!

Roy is a great salesperson but unfortunately I have no use for the product.

I was waiting for a taxi and kimi and Bradley approached me and enlightened me on the wonders of grubby. I am really happy to support a startup company and can’t wait for my first box. The sales representatives were so lovely and funny and really sold it to me, can’t wait for the special Spotify playlist.

I had never heard of Grubby before. One of the employees, Jay, told me all about the great deals and recipes grubby has, as well as the amazing charity work Grubby does. Jay was a really good salesperson, I was interested in the products immediately. Looking forward to trying the delicious recipes.

Romelle was extremely helpful, explained everything really well. Very impressed by the reduced packaging and donation of meals to children. Looking forward to my delivery!

I signed up after speaking to Roy & Nuru at Finsbury Park. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I did enjoy the foot but working out at around £5 per portion (£19 with discount for 2 dinners, 2 portions each) I don't think it is worth the cost. If I had more money it would be great though!

I met Aziz at grubby’s pop up at London Bridge Station, he was so friendly and genuinely enjoyed chatting to him! I tried my first box this week, I love the concept and the ingredients were all so fresh and the recipe was easy to use- not being vegan or plant based I felt these recipes weren’t really for me and were missing certain ingredients I would usually use, but I thoroughly enjoyed trying them and would recommend to vegan/plant based friends.
