    We bought a new Landrover Discovery. Salesman Dominic was great nothing was too much trouble . He gave us good advice and had a good knowledge of the vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble ensuring we could contact him with any problems. The dealership has definitely improved

    Excellent service from Mercedes Warrington

    Service was excellent. Sam went through all the details and information comprehensively. Even though we changed our mind numerous times he was very patient and continued to find us he perfect car. When the car was delivered to the Warrington showroom it was presented to us in immaculate condition.

    Very poor sales experience

    Found exactly the car I was looking for, if only I could have got through to someone on the phone! No problem, can reserve online an pay deposit. Did that, still no call back. Day later I call them only to hear that the car was sold, and not to me! What is the point! Now I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back, unbelievable.

    Misleading Sales Practice and Poor Transparency

    I placed a deposit on a vehicle from Group1 Volkswagen Swindon and was told by Gareth Jones that doing so was not a commitment to purchase. However, after viewing the car in person, I discovered it had a serious, undisclosed defect — something that was never mentioned before I paid the deposit. A month later, I was informed that my deposit would be reduced due to transportation and repair costs for the damaged car, with Gareth claiming there was nothing he could do as it was a company decision. This feels completely unfair and unprofessional. It is unacceptable to pressure customers into buying a car that does not meet expectations or basic transparency standards. I am now questioning whether this vehicle truly meets the requirements of Volkswagen’s Approved Used programme. I will be forwarding my concerns to Volkswagen Headquarters regarding both the condition of the car and the dealership’s selling practices.

    JLR Preston Evoque recall N642

    My visit was for a recall N642 - I was impressed with the surroundings & service received on the day however a few days after the work had been done my car "check engine" light came on accompanied with a red warning triangle on the dashboard and the car went into limp mode. I phoned JLR advised them of the problem and found them unhelpful/unwilling to help resolve my predicament. My car has done just 19k miles since new. A local garage thinks the problem is the actuator and that is going to cost me in excess of £1k to fix. I cant help thinking that I didn't have any problems before JLR completed the recall work?????

    My visit was rather enjoyable

    My visit was rather enjoyable, I had an issue with my current car and it was resolved in a very professional manor and I managed to part exchange it for a fairly new GLA which was a very good deal, I had a minor issue with my new car,however Gurjinder and Scott solved it for me swiftly and generously. I would definitely buy from them again, so thank you both.

    Best Experience to Date with Mercedes

    Well what can I say are experience at Mercedes is the best we have ever had. Our point of contact Rebecca was amazing she kept us updated every step of the way from ordering to collection and even before the due date to pick up we was sent a little video of are new vehicle. Every thing was smooth sailing and we will definitely be returning when the time comes to change. Thank you Rebecca for making us feel special with are new vehicle.
