    Great service from start to finish

    Great service from start to finish. Hollie gave exceptional service calling me prior to my appointment reminding me of the time. On the day the drop off system was good, and my car was washed and vacuumed before being returned. 10/10 Group 1 Toyota Warrington

    The service was efficient

    The service at Group 1 Toyota North Nottingham was efficient, and the entire process was completed in a short time, which I really appreciated—it meant I didn’t have to spend the whole day waiting around. Additionally, the cleaning was carried out to a satisfactory standard, leaving the car looking well-presented. Thank you to the team for the smooth and professional service.

    Given 10 on previous but fed up now

    Given 10 on previous but fed up now. Originally when I got car back due to engine light was showing on dash drove back and waited for them to fix it. I let that go and still awarded you 10. Tonight 1st out in dark and my internal mood lighting is off and i have tried to get it on but can’t find it. So fed up something else is wrong with the car. Plus they never washed it as I requested. Sorry I have given all those 10s now.

    I purchased a seven year old car from this dealership, it was cleaned prior to pick up to showroom condition. Since then I’ve been back twice, both times I received outstanding service. The level of attention to detail is second to none. Now I wouldn’t want to drive anything else.

    Extortionate cost for airbag alert light reset

    Airbag alert light needing resetting and only an authorised VW dealer could carry out this repair in case the airbag needed to be dealt with. The charge was extortionate for the simple repair. We would have understood the cost if the more complex procedure was needed. Also absolutely no acknowledgement is given to customers who have been loyal to the dealership for over a decade.

    Good experience

    Good experience, very friendly front of house staff. Always offer a drink when you are in. Bob sorted my service out and was also very helpful. Offered a courtesy car which was handy. Car feels great after work being done.

    Inchape Volkswagen Stockport is a lousy…

    Inchape Volkswagen Stockport is a lousy franchise company ! After purchasing a Tiguan r line from these people ( which was sold under misrepresentation ) they gave me the runaround so I was unable to return the car , sacked those employees who was responsible for the sale misrepresentation so they would not be liable . Then gave me the runaround for three years , trying to get out of paying compensation for service work regarding to the preparation and the two year used car warranty they fail to do . Absolute grease monkey mentality, something I was trying to avoid by going to a main dealer. I would never purchase another Volkswagen again. Customer service is at a all time low within this brand .It seems that VW don't care who they employ anymore , employees with dishonest characters seem to be rife in these companies.

    The booking of servicing was quick and…

    The booking of servicing was quick and easy, however once the service was done, I noticed a small damage on my passenger side front door. Since 3 days I've been trying to contact the service centre and no one answers my calls, when I speak to the booking service, they transfer me to services who don't answer any calls, it's frustrating not knowing how to get assistance unless I physically visit the store.

    Group one Land Rover Norwich

    I felt the reception staff were very good and professional at Land Rover Norwich my vehicle went in for a recall repair on the rear spoiler that was repaired however the reversing camera which is set inside the spoiler when the spoiler flew off the seating of the camera was broken and damaged it in someway Therefore not working and Land Rover Norwich decided this wasn’t part of the repair bearing in mind the camera is built into the spoiler and to my mind logically it should be part of any repair

    A black hole of customer service

    I simply cannot believe that after selling the last of our vehicles (always accompanied with lousy customer care) that I find I am still being hassled by Skoda/Group1. Their customer uncaring provides a lasting hangover. Despite taking a monthly all-in plan, despite the specific assurances of the local person who sold it to me, despite having sold my vehicle, I find myself hassled for service plan payment more than FIVE WEEKS after I sold the vehicle. It is extraordinary to think that such a void of basic customer care exists. REPLY: What more do you need to know?
