Service advisors friendly and work completed within 1 day. Unable to source me a car when keeping car. I made all aware that I had urgent welfare needs and I was in a position of care for my mother who is in final stages of dementia. Considering I pay a service plan this is an awful care for the customers. Really need to have a contingency in place for this as I had no way of caring for my mum without travel.

From start to finish, Carla made buying a new vehicle easy and uncomplicated. There was no hard sell. She was patient and answered all questions thoroughly, with obvious knowledge . At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Aftersales so far has been good. If I had to give a negative it would be that I was disappointed that Toyota didn't provide drive away insurance. I found it quite stressful having to organise this . As it was a new car the insurance companies struggling to find the correct model. It just put a little cloud over what was otherwise an excellent experience.

Your receptionist is most welcoming and helpful and has a very cheerful disposition. She is the most valuable asset of your team. All the staff were friendly but we did feel that things were a little rushed as even though we had times booked for the test drive and handover we were aware that the staff were very busy. We have been customers for almost 9 years and overall we had a good experience but the fact that no-one returned a telephone call for over 24 hours prevented a star rating of 5 stars.
Great Customer service as always
It is my first car that I bought from Group 1 Toyota Burton. It was an online purchase and the salesman (Paz) was fantastic throughout the process. Even after the sales made, I can call and ask questions, if I have any. Every detail was explained nicely and the process took only 4 days to complete.
I took my vehicle for its regular interval service on Saturday 12th April 2025 (Mercedes Benz, Nottingham). Yesterday, 13th April 2025, I got a warning that read “reduce oil level”. It seems you put more oil than you should which I hope it has not caused long lasting damage to the engine or head gasket!
Reading BMW - I’d booked a loan car. Got told the evening before that they’d screwed up and didn’t have one for me. Complained via email and no one bothered to reply. Had a phone satisfaction survey and was told a manager would be in touch. Again no one bothered. Laughably the email address in their reply doesn’t even work!!!!
VW BOLTON Awful customer service from VW. Constant chasing, no answers, and no one seems to care. Won’t be buying from them again. avoid at all costs
Group1 Auto Vw Romford SCAM, please don’t buy the extended warranty it’s a complete scam, I needed some work on my car because of squeaking belts and leaking shock absorbers and surprise surprise the warranty doesn’t cover any of the issues so please BE AWARE
The staff were very professional and curious and I was always made aware on what was being done and whilst waiting a member of staff would make sure I was ok and keep me informed of the progress
Completely satisfied with the level of service I received on my recent visit. The vehicle health check was very good and everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. A very friendly and professional experience.

Absolutely diabolical almost from the start. My husband bought me Fiat 500 for my retirement and because I had been through a cancer op. After a matter of months the car broke down and we were advised to have it taken to the designated warranty garage Fiatmotorvogue in Norwich. We paid for a vehicle check. The car was deemed dangerous due to excessive corrosion on the sub frame and with too many faults to mention here. It had done approx 4000 miles since purchase with a full MOT and was now worth just the scrap value. We complained and were referred by the slippery Customer service dept to the Ombudsman who tried unsucessfully 3 times to contact the company. It has now been referred back to us. We have informed You and Yours on the BBC and would say Buyer Beware with this company. They are truly the Wild West. We are nearly 5K out of pocket. Good luck if you fall foul of them as we did. No stars for them.
