Raised an initial review on here a few days ago as regards how appallingly this motor trade group of dealerships treats its customers (I’m and ex-BMW/MINI manager myself so aware of how customers SHOULD be treated; sadly this lot haven’t a clue!). They responded with a please come back to us and give us the chance to help you (I’d of thought numerous emails and phone calls and involving mini uk would’ve sufficed but apparently not as the dealership refused to even speak to me - I’m up in Cumbria and they’re in Essex so I can hardly just pop in!). Bought a damaged car - didn’t tell me and I’m now looking at legal action because this lot haven’t- despite saying please contact us again on the tell us more email still haven’t even acknowledged that or what’s happened here! Absolute joke of a company who clearly don’t want to help the customer and put it on here to make themselves look better than they are! Keep your money - I paid cash - and take your business elsewhere. Mini Chelmsford are clearly not a cosher dealership despite being “mini approved”…

All dealt with via phone & email. Ordered car & had it delivered within 2 weeks. Amazing service from start to finish. Very impressed with the level of service received.

Customer experience was just fine while car was at workshop. Resolved issues with TT promptly. Gave clear costs. Checked overall health of car and advised on other potential issues. However, after the car had left work-shop, follow-up was poor - had to chase to respond to emails and phone messages (and issue still not resolved). Summary: this place is fine, but not really a 5* service.

Couldn't be more helpful. Easy to book. Clearly explained costs and scope at booking and at drop off so no surprises. Great MOT feedback video. Courteous staff. Did a great job of cleaning the car as well.

Absolute brill service , Olivia was fantastic , was in a hurry for tracking , and she promised vehicle will be ready before 1:30pm and it was , thank-you , really appreciated.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Tim and Phil helped me out with my part exchange and purchase and couldn't do enough to help me. We had a snag with 2nd keys that Tim got sorted for me quickly.

I recently purchased a 2021 Audi E-TRON S from Group 1 Norwich and i can happily say that i am overly impressed with the service they (Aiden) provided. The car is in an immaculate condition and I would definitely recommend buying an approved used Audi from them.

Booked a service Group 1 Ford Guildford - didn’t collect car as arranged. No call to advise. Made a call to follow up - 35 minutes waiting for someone to speak to - and phone call disconnected by Ford (the person you’re waiting for is unavailable - good bye). Just the worst service. All because I’m trying to book in an urgent recall where these serious chaffing of the fuel line making the Ford dangerous to drive.

Where do I start told 100% this is a clear unmarked car. By Matt Macneil 😡 Done the deal over phone and Internet but the near side door bumper and 1/4 panel damaged they have had two attempts to repair this is on top of key not working track rod end worn and. No air conditioning when delivered took 8 days to get vehicle back The paint work when given back after the two attempt is shocking on the 1/4 panel door and bumper Not saying they had anything to hide but why unplug the dash cam shame they did spot the inside camera watching them unplug the front one 🙈🙈🙈 I will update the review THANK FOR THE REPLY DUE TO THE ONLY OPTION FROM THE DEALER WAS TO GET THE SMART REPAIR IN AGAIN I HAVE NO OPTION LEFT OTHER THAN TO GET THE VEHICLE REPAIRED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE MYSELF AND SEEK TO RECOVER THE COSTS

I had a kenwood dash cam front and back fitted. Shawn in the parts department who looked after me was excellent. I could not give five stars because no one in service would answer the phone I tried over ten times over two hours it just rang and rang very annoying. There was no technology to save your place and phone you back. Not very good for a large company.

When you walk in you are asked if you are after someone. You mention the name and then wait Once the sales guy comes over we discuss about car we are after. We agree on the rate and go ahead. It takes Adeel 3 times to print the correct charges payable, I had to sifinance documents 3-4 times for some reasons. The agreed date for collection was Friday and guess what we turn up and wait and wait and after an hour I am told the documents from other dealership/finance hasn't come through so once it does we will drop the car to you. No genuine apology This is serious inconvenience We did ask for freebies like keychain, or cap and were told oh we cannot do that. We have bought a £50k car and you cannot offer simple stuff Overall I think customer service experience wise the dealership is same i.e poor as Inchcape was I wish I had good things to say about Adeel as he kept referring me as Patel and he knew full well it isn't my first name.

Excellent sales man found me the perfect car I wanted

I had a great experience at the Volkswagen dealership. The team was friendly, professional, and made the process of getting my car smooth and stress-free. Chris in particular, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. I felt well looked after and confident in my choice. Highly recommend!

The only garage to be able to fix my air conditioning. Took it to 2 other garages (not Ford) who couldn’t rectify the issue. Kept me updated throughout and fixed it with no problems.

Polite and Efficiency

Porsche Bournemouth Main reason for visit was to fix problem with service history not being retained, Several other jobs ( recall and service campaigns) were completed but the main fault was not fixed. I was told that all the work was completed this was either an a deliberate untruth or very poor quality control either way I wasted hours of my time to not have my car fixed. Not very Impressive!!

Very professional and polite service

£450 for a Toyota service and they didn't wash the car! Blamed 'low water pressure '. What's wrong with a bucket and sponge? You've lost my business.
