Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and... See more

The best pasties. Always hot if you go at lunch time. If you go outside of that, it's only fair to expect the pastries to have cooled.
Don't get your breakfast from greggs its rancid burnt bacon dry sausages it was inedible
Pizza is awful, far too much dough at the base which seems like a glue topping must be the worst tasting pizza I have ever experienced.
Staff nice but when asking for festive baguette no turkey Just chicken and bacon I don't know why suddenly bacon has to be mixed with bacon and called festive. Not a turkey in sight.
The staff a there birstall site at the petrol station side of m62 have a very bad idea of customer service after the way you have spoken to my partner to day after it was your mistake just shows the quality of staff this company Employees have made a formal complaint. I'm going to take it all the way.
Absolutely a joke. This is a 3rd time when Greggs in GRAVESEND messed up the order. How difficult is to make sure the order its done correctly and picked up by the Uber Driver. Uber eats charged me without any refund, even when I made a complain and been waiting for weeks for the money back. Greggs and Uber are both a fricking JOKE. NEVER EVER AGAIN GONNA USE UBER OR GREGGS. SHAMBOLIC COMPANYS
Long waiting time, low quality service, baguettes not properly baked to save on bills, you have to repeat order 4 times as they are emptying engineers from the boat. Never again.
Went in at 12.30 asked for a hot cheese pasty and four hot sausage rolls .young lad behind counter looked at me as though I'd got two heads then said we have not got either warm only pizza slices. Not good enough for a Thursday afternoon the place was empty and two people stood/ lounged behind the counter(looking very bored). Very disappointed Cromer.
Greggs inside Tesco extra in Durham. We were served by a young gentleman today who was fantastic in his customer service. He was very polite and made us all feel welcome nothing was too much bother for him.
Sorry but Greg's have really let themselves down by using bill gates poisoned milk, avoid!
In Tesco Bradford it's 9am went for a breakfast baguette and a coffee reply from the helpful lady sorry no bacon and no baguettes this is 9am and the clue is in the company name GREGGS THE BAKERS as usual 5 staff standing around doing nothing service so slow and nobody cares less. But one good thing my young son wants a cowboy outfit for Christmas so iv bought him shares in Greggs such a poor company
Love greggs nothing bad to say about it but this review is on tiday and trying the new festive Christmas Cracker Sandwich. Bacon x2 small pieces, 4 bits of chicken and sauce. Bit of festive cheese would have made this item more enjoyable. Poor filling being honest.dl Dissapointed sorry. Other than that love my greggs and will continue to go happy Christmas all x can't add my picto show you all sorry
greggs pasties are awfull, always cold and the quality is poor.
I don’t use my local Greg’s ( Mablethorpe) much and I wish I didn’t today. Service was quick but coffee warm to cold and sausage bap terrible the sausage must be the cheapest you can buy never got brown sauce I requested for. The entire contents of the cob was cold and quality was garbage. Shall be visiting again.
Visited your new Adanac Park (Southampton) store for the first time this morning only to find a misleading notice on the door saying that the store is shut due to staff shortages, but drive thru still open. Both the shop and the drive thru were closed. A sign at the entrance might have been good. First and last visit I'm afraid.
Shout out to Sharon at circle Kingstanding for helping my son choose his cakes! Great service! See you again soon Sharon
Worst customer service. When people go to lengths to get in touch and provide feedback on their visit, usually there is good reason for it. The customer service beat around the bush and ask the same questions, despite the questions already being answered. This demonstrates ignorance of either reading your email OR wanting to do anything about it. I used to spend so much money in greggs on my lunch break in Bedwas, Caerphilly. NEVER AGAIN.
Popped into the Basildon branch by the bus station to get sausage rolls and a pasta pot. Was served by Sam who was very polite and explained to me that I'd earned a free pastry and was best to order something else otherwise the sausage roll deal wouldn't apply. Good lad Sam great customer skills.
When will they ever learn to cook bacon. Translucent undercooked, fatty bacon and staff convinced it's cooked! Obviously food poisoning waiting to happen. Slow service and staff Obviously not happy in their job as most are miserable. Cold or slightly aired offerings, slow service and lack of customer service seem to be all Greggs is capable of offering..... Although the ignorant woman in the queue next to me found undercooked bacon acceptable along with her discusting, ignorant and rude manner, maybe it's a certain class of person that suits Greggs....

Greggs receives a mixed reception from customers, with a significant number expressing dissatisfaction. While some reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and good service at specific locations, such as the Kilmarnock and Bath Road stores, many others report serious issues. Common complaints include cold food being served, with multiple customers noting that items they purchased were not hot despite being assured otherwise. Additionally, there are concerns about food quality, with reports of unsanitary conditions and a decline in the traditional recipes that once defined the brand. Customers also mention poor management, such as running out of popular items early in the day. Overall, while there are pockets of positive experiences, the overwhelming sentiment leans towards disappointment.
