Great experience ordering delicious meals to home with varied entrees. Love the healthy choices n timely delivery. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing the best home meal delivery service.
These meals are really tasty and easy to prepare. Sometimes the produce isn’t as fresh as I’d like or you can tell it was frozen, but it doesn’t affect the meal much. I’d like more variety and choices where you don’t have to pay extra
The food is decent. The customer service and predatory business practices are not. I canceled my plan and they continue to send me boxes and charge me for them. Best to avoid this one.
The food has been terrific! I love getting a box with things I would have never normally cooked. Great Varieties, Taste, creative flavors and delicious! Of course it is Organic too. A win for everyone. I get the plant based boxes and I absolutely love the recipes. We have been on a soup kick lately and they are wonderful and easy to make!
We love the healthy options. I appreciate the portion control and flexibility. We are eating more vegetables than ever before! It is always easy to follow and takes the stress out of shopping and dinner planning. Thank you!

I've used several meal delivery services and Green Chef has been the worst experience. Every order contains one produce ingredient that is in too bad of condition to use. Getting a credit for such an issue is not easy like it is with the other meal service companies I've used, so I just gave up on trying. They recently processed an order in the middle of the night on Christmas eve, which I did not want because I was going to be out of town. I immediately contacted them about it Christmas morning but customer service was closed for the holiday, so I waited and immediately contacted them about it the following morning. The attitude by customer service was the equivalent of having a middle finger waved in front of my face. Nope, can't cancel it even though it's scheduled for delivery 4 days from now. Nope, can't make any sort of adjustment on the charge for the order you didn't want and won't be in town for. Other meal service companies I've used have been able to assist and resolve issues such as this in a friendly fashion with an outcome that resulted in a satisfied customer. Green Chef shows no interest in doing the same. Do you want to do business with a company that treats you this way? I certainly don't. Cancelled their service and reaching out to my credit card company for assistance.
Love the recipes. The only thing that would make your service (app) better would be a way to search/remember/reorder my favorite recipes.
I like cooking for myself because I can control the ingredients. The meals are tasty, too.
Worst customer service! They will charge you when they aren't supposed to, cancel your boxes, and it is impossible to get a hold of customer service. No one reads emails, you get rerouted back to the beginning and it all feels like a *massive* scam. Being unable to have speedy conflict resolution is a HUGE red flag. The food is very good - if it comes - but the hassle to get it, inability to use credits for refunds and boxes given away, and the total failed customer service experience make this a massive NOPE. Customer of nearly 10 years, recommended to hundreds of friends and followers, no sadly cannot say a single nice thing about the user experience.... 0 stars.

Every meal I ordered has been absolutely delicious and there are so many meals to choose from. I enjoy preparing and cooking the meals. The meals are always delivered on the promised delivery day. I plan to continue ordering from Green Chef. 😀

I placed my first order and it wasn't until I looked at my credit card bill that I noticed an extra charge. I had carefully selected my meals to not include any extras. When I called customer service it was explained that I had missed an extra charge and the explanation for how I missed this charge was very complicated. It appears that they sneakily charge you extra - so if you are placing a first order be very careful. They refused to refund me for the unwanted extra. I told her to cancel my plan and when she did she told me I would receive a cancellation email but not to click on any links or my account would be automatically renewed. Also very sneaky!
Food tasted great…one bag was wet and fell apart.
Like I've left in three other reviews and. said on two phone calls. I ordered the Thanksgiving sides. Never received them called twice. Finally got my money back for them, but had to cancel Thanksgiving. because I had only a Turkey and was never offered anything to make up for having to cancel my Thanksgiving gathering. Mishaps resolved. problems taken care of Money returned for items not received. And missed food made up for with bonus.

All the ingredients are in the bag, the step by step recipe is so easy to follow and makes preparing the meal easy enough my husband can help. I buy these meals because we enjoy the flavorful food and it's healthy
