Go with another service if you want to be treated like a valued customer
I've used several meal delivery services and Green Chef has been the worst experience. Every order contains one produce ingredient that is in too bad of condition to use. Getting a credit for such an issue is not easy like it is with the other meal service companies I've used, so I just gave up on trying. They recently processed an order in the middle of the night on Christmas eve, which I did not want because I was going to be out of town. I immediately contacted them about it Christmas morning but customer service was closed for the holiday, so I waited and immediately contacted them about it the following morning. The attitude by customer service was the equivalent of having a middle finger waved in front of my face. Nope, can't cancel it even though it's scheduled for delivery 4 days from now. Nope, can't make any sort of adjustment on the charge for the order you didn't want and won't be in town for. Other meal service companies I've used have been able to assist and resolve issues such as this in a friendly fashion with an outcome that resulted in a satisfied customer. Green Chef shows no interest in doing the same. Do you want to do business with a company that treats you this way? I certainly don't. Cancelled their service and reaching out to my credit card company for assistance.
