If i could put no stars I would this is absolutely the worst company to deal with GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR OVER A WEEK SMH I PAY A MONTHLY SERVICE FOR WHAT??? I AM JUST COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS UNTIL THE LEASE IS OVER WITH SO I CAN ESCAPE THIS NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!! MONEY IS MISSING NOT ADDING UP (IM AN OWNER) EVERY MONTH ITS SOMETHING DIFFERENT ON MY TRANSACTIONS REPORT ... JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER

Great Jones is one of the best rental management agency I’ve ever worked with. They are very caring and go through extra mile to make sure residence and property owners needs are met. I appreciate everything they have done for me during my stay.

We have been pleased with Great Jones Management. When we have had any maintenance issues they are quick to get a technician out to resolve it. There was a glitch with their third party payment system recently for our account and took action to help me resolve it quickly.

I especially love the gas heat!

Multiple maintenance issues with about one as severe as Hvac system not working properly in the summer time in 95ﾟ to 100ﾟ weather and no working AC system and still has not been fixed.

I love my rental home , so far I haven’t had any problems with great Jones 🤗🤗

Everything was great, until recently when I was provided a bill in September for utilities dating back to the beginning of the year - one of which was billed to me for a month I didn’t even live at the property, another which I already paid! I called them five times to attempt to resolve this issue, each time I was told it would be escalated and my account would not go into a negative standing. Low and behold, my account has a late fee assessed and is showing that my rent payment went towards the utility bill which is STILL not corrected. I’ve exchanged dozens of emails in addition to the phone calls, all of which have either been half-correcting the issue or disregarded the issue altogether. The handling of my account is extremely disappointing, which is why I have an outstanding balance now which I refuse to pay until Great Jones corrects the billing. Highly disappointing to someone who pays before the due date each month, never late, and pays in full. All due to the mishandling of the accounting department who did not appropriately bill my account to begin with.

We were so worried to rent with their reviews in Google, tbh, but am grateful we did. Our experience has been amazing. Every need we have in regards to repairs and maintenance, Great Jones is on it immediately. Their team is always so friendly and helpful, their communication is on point and the professionals they have used for our requests have been top notch. Application process was smooth, quick and seamless, move in date was able to be moved up for us at our request and service since has been all we could ask for. I highly HIGHLY recommend Great Jones at this point, a few months in to our rental. 👌🏼🙏🏼

These realty company will rob you blind. They have the house as coming soon and they already have the tenant picked out, but they still make these people pay application fees and they just pocket the money. All these property management companies are full of it

Great Jones has been wonderful to work with from the very start. We had no heat when we lived in and they worked hard to make sure we didn’t go without for very long. Their repair folks and customer service reps are top notch. The house is beautiful and I love the convenience of paying rent online.
