My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

My phone was as perfect as it could be…
My phone was as perfect as it could be for 2 years old, had been in a very strong, sturdy case from the moment it came out of the box yet apparently it had damage to the casing, loads of scratches on the screen including big enough scratches to catch on a finger nail. This was not true but just a way for a really low offer to be made. Obviously I declined the offer & it was increased so clearly they were just trying it on! On a positive note payment was received very quickly once agreed. I still felt ripped off but agreed the price as I haven’t got the time to be messing around trading it in again with another company once it had been returned - I guess this is what they hope for. I won’t be using them again.

I cannot fault the communication from Grade Mobile. I was advised when my phone had arrived and quite quickly received a valuation. I was disappointed with the value of my phone but that cannot be helped as it had unforeseen damage.

Very good service
Very good service, within 2 days my phone was received and valued. Throughout this process I was kept up to date at every step. Slightly disappointed with the value but cannot fault the service. Once I accepted the offer the payment was in my bank within 1 hour. Order ref GMB230552. Thank you

My Order No 1477674806 - Simple Process
The process was very simple and well described, with phone condition grades being very transparent. However, if you use Grade Mobile but having gone through the Money Supermarket site, I would point out that the valuations are automatically assumed to be of a perfect phone, with no way of getting an accurate price based upon the actual condition of your particular phone, which you would be able to get if you went direct to the Grade website. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing this constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.
