My phone was as perfect as it could be for 2 years old, had been in a very strong, sturdy case from the moment it came out of the box yet apparently it had damage to the casing, loads of scratches on the screen including big enough scratches to catch on a finger nail. This was not true but just a way for a really low offer to be made. Obviously I declined the offer & it was increased so clearly they were just trying it on! On a positive note payment was received very quickly once agreed. I still felt ripped off but agreed the price as I haven’t got the time to be messing around trading it in again with another company once it had been returned - I guess this is what they hope for. I won’t be using them again.
