My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

I have given them 4 stars just for the fact it took over 2 days for them to test my old phone and then pay out. I was paid the full amount quoted. Overall I’m very happy and would use again. I thought the link to MSE was a worthy of note. I was wrong
These companies give a promise of expectation but rarely deliver on that. Since new this phone had screen protector cover and I photographed the screen before sending the item carefully in more packaging than they supplied. There were no scratches on the photos I took. I can’t argue with the battery condition but that cost me more than 50% of the guide offer. I had used this company because they were linked to Money Saving Expert, a company I respect. I wouldn’t make that mistake again. Having said all that the speed from applying to receiving the quote and payment was impressive part as it included a week end
