My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Keep copies of everything and take photos - you will have to chase them!
After promising £210 for my old iPhone they offered £85 claiming there were scratches on the screen and the battery health was lower than 85%. I accepted the battery had issues but there were no scratches on the screen or on the phone body and buttons. I know this, I had taken photos before sending it off! I challenged it and a second offer of £110 was made and accepted. After checking the price on other websites I agreed to accept it. After confirming my bank details they promised to send the money, but 24 hours later it hadn’t appeared. I emailed them to request an explanation and they told me my bank account details weren’t correct. I had copied and pasted them from the banking app. I copied and pasted them again and a few hours later £85 arrived in my bank account. I emailed them to ask where was the other £25. No response initially so I emailed them a copy of their email saying they would pay £110! An hour or so later I received the other £25. So it was a good outcome eventually after challenging and chasing them.

Awful phone was not genuine
phone was not genuine, as contained non apple parts. Phone number is no longer in use, and they haven't replied to any of my multiple emails, or responded to my return requests. Avoid at all costs, or you may end up paying twice updated 19th June - still unresolved 3 months after purchase, awaiting further response.

Ridiculous
My iPhone 13 Pro Max was in near perfect condition and was originally quoted 390 pounds but when evaluation came in was dropped to 72 pounds, understand if it was a 50 -100 pound drop over a minor scratch but over 300 down for a near perfect phone is ridiculous, and now I have to wait for it to be returned so I can sell it for significantly more elsewhere
