Keep copies of everything and take photos - you will have to chase them!
After promising £210 for my old iPhone they offered £85 claiming there were scratches on the screen and the battery health was lower than 85%. I accepted the battery had issues but there were no scratches on the screen or on the phone body and buttons. I know this, I had taken photos before sending it off! I challenged it and a second offer of £110 was made and accepted. After checking the price on other websites I agreed to accept it. After confirming my bank details they promised to send the money, but 24 hours later it hadn’t appeared. I emailed them to request an explanation and they told me my bank account details weren’t correct. I had copied and pasted them from the banking app. I copied and pasted them again and a few hours later £85 arrived in my bank account. I emailed them to ask where was the other £25. No response initially so I emailed them a copy of their email saying they would pay £110! An hour or so later I received the other £25. So it was a good outcome eventually after challenging and chasing them.
