My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Selling old phone
I was selling an old iPhone which I was given an initial selling price of £80. After ‘testing’ I was offered a measly £10 as the battery percentage was lower than average. (This I accept) Also the phone has scratches and scuffs that weren’t visible to the naked eye or could not be felt by running a finger over the screen???? I rejected the over and was given a revised offer of £35. I accepted this as I just wanted to sell the phone. I had previously given my bank details, but when accepting the offer I was given the chance to change the bank details, which I did. Also I had a notification that I had not provided any bank details, therefore I did not think it would be an issue changing them. When the money was paid, I was paid into the original account and not the revised account details. I know it’s not a big issue, but why ask if I want to change the details, if they are just going to pay into the original account? I feel like I have been ripped off and want to make others aware

I have sent my phone and they have reduced my offer by two hundred pound this phone is in really good condition! I had done my research and had read these reviews so I thought this company was ok now I have done a deeper search look at Grademobile (it’s all one word) the reviews are appalling they are offer the best price on comparison site and when they get your phone they reduce it by hundreds (DONT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY)

It was a really quick, easy to use service and I would absolutely use them again. The price came out less than I expected but there was no expectation to use them if I wasn’t happy with the quote, the quote also came with a fully comprehensible evaluation to support the proposed price. Money was paid almost instantly! 5/5
