My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Great phone great price
My daughter’s old iPhone urgently needed replacement but there was only a small budget to do it so we started looking at refurbished. I got this via Amazon and the phone was exactly as described. Good 85% battery. A couple of tiny scratches that you can only see if you go looking and otherwise a phone for a fraction of the list price. Oh and a great selection of colours including yellow :). Will recommend to friends. This review was for order 318502.

Order ID #230061 The process was relatively straight forward and easy to use. They significantly reduced the price compared to the initial offer quoting ‘deep scratches’ on the screen which certainly were not visible by eye. They did offer to send the phone back free of charge however we eventually agreed on a negotiated price which I was happy to accept. They then paid me via PayPal despite several requests to pay into my bank account directly. This resulted in a 1.9% reduction of the amount transferred due to a charge to use PayPal as a method. I was never made aware of this charge at any point during the process. When I complained about this I was told there was nothing that could be done to rectify this. I had also been offered £5.00 if I returned my phone within 7days of receiving the postal pack however this never seemed to materialise either. Overall, I would suggest shopping around and consider using a different company. Be aware the initial high price valuation given seems to be a tactic to draw you in before making significant reductions. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

#GMB229830 I recently sold my iPhone 13 and was very happy to receive the full amounts as first quoted. However, I was a bit let down by the delay in the valuation process. I sent the phone on Tuesday which they received on Wednesday but I only got the valuation on Saturday morning. Since I was not very happy with the first valuation and it was on the weekend, I had to wait until Monday morning for the manager to review and approve the payment, which cause further delay in receiving the funds. Some other platforms usually complete everything within 24 hours of receiving and testing the phone, so this slower turnaround was noticeable. That said, I’m still pleased with the service and the final outcome.
