My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Disappointed. Order 319003
Ordered an iwatch off amazon. Delivery date pushed, back and back. Bought this from this seller due to the quick delivery date. Now the tracking no longer works. I now have to way a further 5 days to see if the parcel magically appears. Really disappointed and put me off buying from this company again.

I am very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend them. I feel they are not entirely accurate with their description of your phone my phone which had had a screen protector on it from the day I had received it and had always been in a case from the day I had received it. They seem to find some microscopic scratches on the screen that obviously devalued it to such an extent that it was worth £100 less than they had quoted me when I initially asked them to value it. I would avoid this company.

Like a fool I dropped my phone in the canal…. My refurbished iPhone 13 Pro from Grade Mobile arrived two days later (order 318898), so minimum time without this essential item. I was a bit nervous about buying a refurbished phone, especially when it is not a particularly recent generation, but that’s all my budget stretched to. I needn’t have worried. It was advertised as being in excellent condition but is really like new. It has 96% battery health, and fully charged only seems to go down about 20% after I’ve been using it all day - where my old phone (just one generation older) barely lasted half a day. And they even gave me a spare case and put on a screen protector perfectly (better than I have ever done - it is always slightly crooked when I do it). I rarely write reviews unless they are very good or very bad. In this case, very very good.

I’m very disappointed they offered 250. I ended up with 130. I purposely took pictures of the phone to confirm there were no scratches as the phone. From day, one had lived in a shatterproof waterproof Cover I made sure I read it’s battery life and it fitted all the criteria yet they managed to knock off so much money mostly saying it was scratched and I was sold a scratched phone at Apple and I don’t believe that to be true
