My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Felt tricked
I was really disappointed with this experience. After receiving an initial offer of £290 for my handset—which had already been checked and verified at the Apple Store—I felt confident and excited to proceed. However, once I sent the device in, the price was suddenly reduced by £100 without any clear explanation. It felt misleading and left me feeling cheated. I’ve used Mazuma and MusicMagpie in the past and always received excellent prices and reliable service. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t measure up, and I won’t be returning.

Quick process
Quick process, paid quickly up on confirmation of quote. My phone’s battery health was at 85% as I checked before sending, but they stated it was 78% so knocked a lot of money down. Also stated £5 extra is added if returned in 7 days which I done, but this wasn’t stated anywhere on the quote. Nowhere to appeal the quote just either accept or decline. Not sure if I would recommend again, but if you do then take note and proof of battery health. Order number GMB231110

Not the best experience
Not the best experience, it took a good few days for my postal envelope to arrive, then I was quoted half the initial quote due to supposed scratches on my device. Not great really as my phone was in excellent condition and had no scratches when I sent it. I had to chase twice to receive payment. Probably wouldn’t reuse this service. Order number: GMB230249

Used this for the first time after hearing positive reviews on Shop smart save money. Very quick delivery of packaging material to send phone. Easy to use tracking system. Quote received was a lot less than initial suggested value. But I was able to state the value I would be happy with and this was very quickly approved. Excellent customer service.
