My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

My first ever refurbished tech buy.
I purchased an Apple Watch SE “Refurbished Excellent” from Amazon and I am pleasantly impressed. Delivery was quick enough and the item is presented well in a Grade Mobile box. The watch itself was in very good condition given the price paid. The only small problem I had was the battery health. It would’ve been nice to be given a clear understanding of what the battery health would be before you buy. Besides that and given the price I can’t really complain too much. Will definitely check Grade Mobile out again in the future. Order No. 318521

Poor experience
Very poor experience. I’ve used competitor sites many times to sell my phone and I’ve always been paid out the same day at the price they’ve quoted initially. I’ve just had a quote 3 days later that is about 60% of what they quoted me. I am more than confident I can sell elsewhere for the full valuation, so I can’t recommend this site at all.

Non Functional Watch sold as Excellent Category
I purchased an Apple Watch Series 7 GPS+Cellular via Amazon Renewed program. Advertised as Excellent Condition. Seemed cheated as it didnt meet the Excellent condition expectation. First Impressions The watch wasnt working at all so have to be returned. Was sceptcial as seems seller didnt bother checking the watch prior to sending it. Left on charge for an hour and nothing happened. The Watch Strap was of low quality and not the original one which i presume is understood as im buying a used product that seemed like a bit cheated if this was not mentioned in the description clearly and not the fine print In addition the watch charger wasnt apple certified too and and was of a cheaper quality too.Not buying again from this seller.
