My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

DO NOT TRY AND SELL YOUR PHONE TO THEM This was my experience: They offer you a high price both on their website and then via a comparison website. They kept my phone for around 2 weeks before finally lowballing me and saying the phone was downgraded without giving any evidence of what the issue was. For context this was a brand new phone that was sent to me via my insurance company! Just sell to CEX. Please report them to trading standard via the citizens advice bureau if you have the same experience as me

I bought a refurbished Apple Watch Series 5. When it arrived, I was so excited but was met with a scratched watch and one that would overheat when it was charged. I let Grade Mobile know ASAP and Victoria was a great help. I sent back the damaged watch and within a few days I had, what seemed to be a brand new watch (obviously refurbished). I was honestly impressed with the condition—it looked almost brand new! Everything works perfectly, and the battery life is solid.
