My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

An amazing experience with Grade Mobile. Initially wasn't sure where to go to sell my phone, but they had a prompt and easy process throughout. From the very first step, to the receipt of payment I had zero complaints. They sent the packaging quickly, they assessed the phone quickly and they delivered the payment... quickly! I've never sold a phone before until now, but I know where to recommend for an easy experience. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Grade Mobile Simply The Best…
This is the 2nd mobile sent to an online buyer of 2ndhand/refurbished mobiles. It took the 1st dealer +-10 days to sort my payment with not too much interaction, However, with Grade Mobile I was astounded that multiple times daily , was kept abreast of when the mobile arrived, when it was bein inspected, how the inspection was going and within 2 days of receiving my mobile, received an answer that everything had beenchecked verified , mobile was sin perfect condition and received a whopping £231 and was astounded to see that wiytin 1day of quality verdict, the money was in my account. Everywhere else it takes 3-10 days. Thank you Grade Mobile. If ever I sell my mobile again, you will be the one and ONLY Buyer of mobiles I shall approach Super speed super friendliness super knowledgable-15/10 Guys and Girls

Battery Issue
I purchased the Apple Watch for one reason - to pay for goods. I don’t wear it 24/7 nor do I use it for tracking fitness. Order no: 206-9103978-2144347. I’m just over cancer and chemotherapy has ruined my body at the age of 37. Just for context, I now use a mobility scooter and cannot get off the couch unaided. “Why are you telling us that?” Because the majority of people who pay for Apple Watches do so for tracking exercise and this will push the battery to its limit! The watch was advertised as “Excellent Refurbished”, granted the watch itself and strap is in near perfect condition, but the battery is not. Nowhere near! I’ll only put the watch on when I go to the shop to pay for goods, this means every now and again, so the battery should be good right? WRONG! The battery will use up over 50% just sitting on my wrist when out for just 3 hours. It constantly needs charging and on closer inspection there are warnings on the watch about battery health… “The battery’s capacity is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced” before prompting me to pay for a service. Selling Apple Watches that have dead batteries and require servicing is not my idea of what an “excellent” condition product should be. Charging £117 for a series 5 with the battery being this dreadful is a crime.
