My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Order ref GM232496. Was guided to Grade Mobile from Martin Lewis money saving website and went on to order a pre owned phone from Grade When it arrived I was a little disappointed by its condition, it had more minor marks than I expected but this was possibly my error, I didn’t order their top grade of pre owned phone. When I tried to turn it on there was a problem with the screen, the display was jumping about and the phone was not useable. I spoke to customer services fairly easily and agreed to return the phone. On receipt I guess they confirmed it was faulty and offered a small discount on another phone or a full refund. Having made alternative arrangements by this time I opted for the full refund. This was received without further problems. I was left a little disappointed by the experience but they handled my complaint fairly so one to put down to experience.
