My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Few weeks ago I ordered an apple watch from Grade Mobile, it was a refurbished watch but when it arrived to me nobody can tell it’s refurbished. It’s look like brand new and I am happy with my purchase with Grade Mobile.

Terrible service, misleading valuation
Took them 4 days to 'assess' my phone. Offered 40% of the original value they gave me. Took a week to return my phone. Sent it to Mazuma who offered slightly less but picked up, processed and paid the full price in 2 days. Would not use again or recommend Grade Mobile to anyone. Order number #241113

iPhone 13 grade - Very Good
I bought the iPhone 13 and “Very Good” quality and it’s been ok apart from the fact that the phone gets very hot very quickly and doesn’t cool down. Also once in a while the phone randomly turns off and stays powered off for several hours on end which has been VERY inconvenient for me at times.

Great experience, clear quote which was already above other similar websites, then you get to send the item to them for evaluation (they also provide shipping label and envelope, which might be a bit too thin for some devices...). After they receive the device, a couple of days to perform tests and confirm the quote, which in my case was confirmed in full without issues. Payment in my account a couple of hours later having accepted the final quote. Maybe the website is still a bit raw, but there is time to improve that. (Order #242564)
