My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Mobile trade in
Sent my phone off for trade in. The online quote was no where near the offered price after they checked the phone. The difference between the 2 was Β£80. Waste of time, ended up trading in with music Maggie and got Β£45 more than the offered price from grade mobile. The only positive was the good communication before and after they sent my phone back.
