My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

A different way to get a new phone
Appreciated the ease of using the website and the customer service were very helpful too after I received a smaller phone than I wanted they were able to give me return details without any fuss. Also a great way to get a new phone when you need one in a hurry but don't necessarily have the funds to buy one outright. My order number was GML231077 but I have to admit when it asks for the date of my experience I have no idea and can't remember so I hazarded a guess!

Please look elsewhere if your selling
Same review as most people on here selling them your phone. Battery under 85% capacity? Scratches on the phone apparently, not visible to the human eye under a light, phones been in a case since new. Original valuation £175 plus an additional £5 if sent within so many days. Valued at £80 then up to £94, couldn't really be bothered with the hassle of waiting for it to be returned so accepted the £94 , asked about the additional £5 bonus and apparently that is within the £94 valuation, not at all stated clearly. Wouldn't recommend this company to sell your phone, my fault for not listening to my gut and hoping they'd be better than the reviews. Response to below from Grade Mobile, it's an IPhone 12, so showing no use would be impossible, so perhaps quote slightly less for a more honest estimate. The phone showed zero wear or use to the naked eye. Was sent in the original box covered in bubble wrap so please explain the scratches? Order number 242847
