Terrible service, misleading valuation

Took them 4 days to 'assess' my phone. Offered 40% of the original value they gave me. Took a week to return my phone. Sent it to Mazuma who offered slightly less but picked up, processed and paid the full price in 2 days. Would not use again or recommend Grade Mobile to anyone. Order number #241113

Excellent service

Excellent service, prompt collection, speedy valuation for the full amount proposed, same afternoon payment. Highly recommend anyone selling a mobile phone to go to Mazuma as my experience has been flawless.
