I guess my experience was okay with this company, because everything went usually, unless support team, they do not really like when phone rings.

I think the price I'm paying for delivery of my electricity is still too high. The sole reason I have resigned with your company is because of your excellent communication, specifically when it came to having just one month left on my contract.
I recently renewed with SUNWAVE - I did have to call, as the on-line site did not allow me to specify the date of renewal. The service person was very helpful, and the transaction took only a couple of minutes.
Always easy to contact and very helpful. Very satisfied with this company.
I choose the electricity supplier who can give me the best rate at the time with similar factors to other suppliers. I have been a Sunwave customer in the past and have had no complaints about their service.
Great rates. The only gripe I have is this review request is the only confirmation I have received that my application was accepted! I sent an email but have yet to receive an official confirmation.
I am a customer of sun wave and wanted to renew with them. I received a letter from them explaining that I could contact customer service to renew. I contacted customer service and asked them to renew at the rate on the website. I received a response saying I could go on the website and renew it myself. Went on the website and renewed. Then I received conformation that my new rate would not start for another month. So I emailed customer service to ask them why if I am a customer already ,why do I have to skip a month? That was over a week ago and have not gotten a reply. In my opinion it's seems like customer service doesn't want to be bothered.
Good price, easy signup and prompt follow-up to confirm price and enrollment.

I have been using Sunwave now for three cycles. Power is a commodity, but Sunwave has been easy to sign up for and the pricing is very competitive.

I have had other suppliers and have had problems. This is the third time I have renewed with Sunwave . Very pleased with the customer service.
No fee to keep chosen rates within company is a must in fair selection .within. Same company and selection process. Need 12 ,18,24 months at better relates. Be competive. Lower rates for first time not fair to loyal customers!!!! All of this needs to stop. This is what we asked for, maybe action need to be taken to correct thids.
My contract was up for renewal, so I decided to give a phone call vs looking up all the different rates on the web. The customer service rep was excellent. Will do the same in 6 mths when my contract is up again.
My rates were increased without proper warning but when i called about it, you dropped the rate down again and offered a refund for the higher rate months.
