I am a customer of sun wave and wanted to renew with them. I received a letter from them explaining that I could contact customer service to renew. I contacted customer service and asked them to renew at the rate on the website. I received a response saying I could go on the website and renew it myself. Went on the website and renewed. Then I received conformation that my new rate would not start for another month. So I emailed customer service to ask them why if I am a customer already ,why do I have to skip a month? That was over a week ago and have not gotten a reply. In my opinion it's seems like customer service doesn't want to be bothered.
