Sunwave gas+power Reviews

Signup was very easy, but I haven't received any notification from Sunwave since - not even a bill. I expect that will be forthcoming. Also, I would love to be able to access my account online, but that functionality doesn't seem to be available yet on their website. However, I remain optimistic, as there hasn't really been and difficulty and their rate is great.

Cheap rates. notification of end of contract. Easy to switch to their other plans with no pentalties

With knowledgeable customer service representatives, and a reminder when your service contract is coming due, is a blessing. I do not know of any other service that does this. Beats going crazy the last minute.

Hi - When I signed on, it was my understanding that rate hikes occurred in 4 month intervals around seasonal changes. Now I see the new rate is for 12 months. Can someone explain, please.

Excellent customer service!

Good service and pricing is competitive. Two small comments on areas that might be improved. 1) I would have preferred a shorter, even lower priced contract than is currently offered, and 2) Pennsylvania has set up mechanisms to allow quick and easy transfer of service. Sunwave needs to streamline their internal sign-up procedures to take advantage of PA's streamlined processes. The transfer can be made much faster than Sunwave's current internal processes allow.
